**What do you like best about Spacebring?**

I like the fast operation of the application. The ability to assign personal tariff plans to residents and conduct mutual settlements through the app. Booking rooms, Stream, and events. Interaction with the support team.

**What do you dislike about Spacebring?**

Lack of certain settings in the sections. Incompatibility with our ACS system. Absence of the "Parking" section. We would like more features for resident communication, the chat and personal user pages need expansion.

**What problems is Spacebring solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Аndcards primarily helps us with controlling financial settlements with space residents. It also assists with room booking, notifications about important news and events.

**What do you like best about Spacebring?**

The customer service is great and makes my job easier. I can work remotely can still give my members the best customer service. All the automation helps me stay on top of my day-to-day member management. andcards is constantly improving its platform to meet the needs of the customers they serve.

**What do you dislike about Spacebring?**

I have to say I don't have any complaints at this time we have been using the andcards for the last 18 months. Whenever I have issues, I reach out to support, and they take care of my asks, or I will get an update with the solution to my problem.

**What problems is Spacebring solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has given us time back with the previous platform we were using and kept us very busy with member access issues. We have our system automated so we really don't even physically have to be at the space.

**What do you like best about Spacebring?**

Full feature set along with unlimited locations/resources. Hard to come across in any comparable product offering with a similar offering. Also the possibility to integrate smart locks and other enterprise-level features using all the integrations available. Perfect for scaling up a business.

**What do you dislike about Spacebring?**

The only downside i can think of is the fact that the back-end is not as intuitive for a newbie to set-up. Great thing is they allocate a dedicated person to support with the deployment. Anasatasia did a fantastic job helping us get settled in.

**What problems is Spacebring solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Andcards is redefining how space owners manage physical resources while also empowering the community of shared space members to be digitally liberated. Not just coworking spaces. Any shared space including offices that are juggling meeting rooms.

**What do you like best about Spacebring?**

I love all of the features that andcards offers. It makes it easier for our clients to book rooms and manage billing in one place. We've used other software that didn't do this. We're able to provide a better client experience with andcards.

**What do you dislike about Spacebring?**

I would like for admin to be able to view archived support tickets. We have clients that may ask about things discussed more than 7 days ago and we'd be able to offer quicker service if we could readily view them. I also wish that admin could pull reports themselves, especially regarding billing i.e. clients that have not paid. 

When clicking on rooms, our clients can see the room status for all rooms. When they click on the picture, the page goes to the calendar, but I wish it went to the page with the room description and then there could be a button to book the room. We had to send our clients a separate message to explain how to see the room. This room description view is preferred first because of the detail it gives our clients before they book the room.

**What problems is Spacebring solving and how is that benefiting you?**

andcards allows us to automate room bookings and billing, which is something we weren't able to do before. The credits feature frees up our staff time, as we don't have to approve room bookings anymore.
