What do you like best about Solid Performers CRM?

Actually I like their before sale service but once we paid and subscribe, We got to know that we bought a bunch of issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Solid Performers CRM?

You have to configure all the settings yourself and interesting is that you never know what you have to do. This is not a CRM...this is a "JUGAD"

Our all 6 months subscription tenure has been waste in resolve issue.

What problems is Solid Performers CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am solving multiple problems with the help of this crm starting from following up with the leads and if any of my employee leaves the job, I can easily allocate the leads that was taken care by them to other person in minutes and since this has got the facility to records the complete history of communication happened with the lead, it will be really easy for the new employee to take it further without having to start from the beginning. And it does mutliple functions like project management, task management, invoice creation and payment management, etc., Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
