“One drawback of Software Vulnerability Manager is that it can be complex to set up initially, particularly in organizations with diverse software environments. "SVM Offers a Novel Approach to 3rd Party Patch Management and Vulnerability Research"
What do you like best about Software Vulnerability Manager?

Support tries their best to help, especially given the tool has some legacy components. The standard set of software available to patch without much effort is not the largest, but it covers almost all of the standard software we expect to encounter on endpoints. They have been regularly adding new features, which shows they invest in the product. Intune integration is also a big bonus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Software Vulnerability Manager?

It sometimes feels like support is learning with me how to fix specific issues. At times, I feel like their only customer. Frequently the problems I have tend to be new to them, which is a bit bizarre that one user could find so many new issues. The Internet Explorer requirement for 3rd party patching is also dreadful, though they are making progress with the new Patch Publisher product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
