**What do you like best about smartly.ai?**

A simple interface that allows us to quickly put our Bots and those of our customers into production
The No Code creation which allows non-technical professions to be quickly autonomous in the management of their Bot.

**What do you dislike about smartly.ai?**

Our instance is a victim of its own success and is now rapidly reaching traffic limits.
We look forward to new scalability opportunities that will allow us to reach our growth forecasts.

**What problems is smartly.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This editor allows us to move quickly on the continuous improvement of the NLU and also on our conversational paths thanks to the conversation observation module.

The builder is inspired by a mind map. 
Your chatbot is developed in Low Code, with some oblong and arrows.

**What do you dislike about smartly.ai?**

You may need a formation to use every fonction of Smartly. Contact the Virtual Agent Skill Center of Orange Innovation if you need one

Developing a chatbot even if you haven't touch any line of code
