What do you like best about Smartflex?

It is a great holistic solution that facilitates the complete tracking of the customer journey (invoicing, service delivery, and equipment, among others). I praise its flexibility and scalability that this tool provides us to attend in an agile and effective way the different operational changes, and its excellent integration with CIS tools, CRM, and GIS systems, which prevents us from having to switch between applications to complete a process and most importantly, all on the same database and in real-time, which helps us in reducing processing times and execution of tasks. Last but not least, it has allowed us to achieve a 70% increase in operational optimization and customer satisfaction, because now we attend to and solve their requests in a more timely manner, really Open SmartFlex allowed us to be more competitive in our market. What do you dislike about Smartflex?

I have noticed that it requires constant training and long practice times for new users to achieve greater agility and dexterity in its use, in addition there is very little reinforcement material available on the network which further limits learning, I consider it very useful to have more support material for beginners. What do you like best about Smartflex?

Thanks to Open Smartflex, we have been able to improve our processes and make them more efficient by automating them. This has allowed us to make faster and more efficient decisions that lead to the development of the company. In addition, Open Smartflex has helped us to deal with new business areas that have emerged after the pandemic by allowing us to effectively manage non-bank financing for our customers in arrears with their services. What do you dislike about Smartflex?

The tool rarely fails to synchronize with other applications to which it is connected, particularly there are situations in which batch processes are executed and depending on the size of the batch, some customer contracts do not execute the defined actions, having to execute them manually, which causes unnecessary reprocessing delays. What do you like best about Smartflex?

Open SmartFlex is an excellent CIS solution, quite flexible and scalable, which facilitates and improves the agility and results of both commercial and operational processes, it is easy to use compared to other products on the market, it allows us to access all the information of our customers in real time for consultation, management and provision, it is quite extensible, and also facilitates the integration and management of different types of services (energy, water, sewage and telecommunications services), thanks to its powerful and robust billing engine allows you to create packages of different products and settle them easily. What do you dislike about Smartflex?

So far there have been few problems with the use of Open SmartFlex, if we have noticed on occasions that the synchronization of this tool with other operational and management tools is not always done automatically which means for us to perform manual and complex query maneuvers that involve much more time in the acquisition of information, on the other hand there is very little information available on the network on the use and functions of this tool, which I think it would be beneficial to have access to more information to take better advantage of this tool as it has an impressive scope. What do you like best about Smartflex?

It is a very flexible and efficient tool, it is easily adaptable, it understands all our commercial and operational needs, I really like the variety of configuration tools it offers and at the same time it allows us to add new functionalities. Open Smartflex offers APIs for easy integration and access to data from different platforms, integrates very well with other systems, allows us to manage the inventory of the network and the supply of products and services of our customers among others. What do you dislike about Smartflex?

The only thing I dislike about Open Smartflex CIS is that it consumes a lot of resources and at the time it is being used it tends to slow down other processes being carried out on other applications, which can sometimes be a bit annoying when providing support to a client, because the response times can be longer. What do you like best about Smartflex?

The most striking feature of the tool is the harmonious and seamless integration of all technical and commercial resources within a single platform which converge in a synchronized manner; resources are managed and allocated in a coherent manner and communication with other platforms allows real-time updating of resources in use and available for subsequent reallocation. What do you dislike about Smartflex?

Definitely the tool requires a lot of documentation and practice to make correct and effective use in addition to exploit its full potential which demands time for training, on the other hand on several occasions it has been noted certain details where the tool has shortcomings such as communication with other management tools, in those cases when the connection is lost between Open Smartflex requires that the staff that manages IT resources run the workflow which should be fully automated to normalize the task and correct that flaw, in my opinion is something that must be corrected.
