- Group booking is the most useful one - I can book desks for my whole team in one go, just enter the names and it's done. - Recurring bookings are the second - my team is in the office every Wednesday and Thursday, so booking that individually every time would be pointless; with recurring bookings it's set once, and if someone can't make it, they can simply remove their own booking for that day, which works well now. - I also like that only admins can book far in advance (regular users are limited to 14 days ahead), that avoids "towel reservation" behavior where people hoard the same desk indefinitely. - There’s also a countdown showing how many minutes until a desk becomes unavailable once it's about to be booked, so people don't accidentally try to book something that's just about to be taken.
