It's a perfect solution for utilities with a mid-size and large enterprise customer base. There are limitations in the base product, like separate databases for CCB/MDM/MWM. **What problems is Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?** Flexibility and extensibility, particularly within CC&B, is the biggest benefit of this solution. It provides support for base rate charges, consumption readings, and demand readings.
