You can invite several remote participants to view the content on smartphones, tablets and computers. You can also save screenshots automatically in the Evernote, Google Drive or OneDrive accounts. Being equipped with Bluetooth technology, allows content to be captured digitally and shared with any device enabled by the browser. The big difference with other collaboration software is that it provides a normal-sized whiteboard (or a flip chart in the economical version). **What do you dislike about SMART Meeting Pro?** The request for a demo may take days. Direct sales are restricted to some countries. In our case it was bought by amazon and brought directly by plane **What problems is SMART Meeting Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?** One of those small daily problems in meetings where a person expresses his ideas on a blackboard and waits a few minutes during the meeting for attendees to copy the notes he wrote on the board to explain a topic. This, of course, has some drawbacks, such as the loss of time, the loss of the pace of the session or the attendees do not clearly copy some details that are on the board. So this offers a very dynamic and effective solution in this type of case. ### 3. But pricing is quite high but not to high then too it is a dislike. **Recommendations to others considering SMART Meeting Pro:** Really good whiteboard available in many dimension and sizes. Can go for other product in market which is quite cheap from these product. **What problems is SMART Meeting Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?** We used this for the team presentation in the organization.
