For me the most useful part is how quickly I can sketch a workflow when we’re discussing processes or planning something operational. Instead of explaining steps verbally or in long documents, I just map the flow and people instantly understand what’s happening. I’ve used it a few times while breaking down customer journey steps or internal team handoffs, and having that visual really helps the conversation move faster. Nothing major honestly, but when a diagram becomes very detailed with a lot of connections it can take a bit more effort to rearrange things neatly.
