What I really like about Skylar is how real the role-playing scenarios feel—it's almost like you’re practicing with an actual customer, not a tool. My team gets to try different approaches and instantly see what works and what doesn’t, with feedback that feels personalized and useful. Plus, Skylar adjusts to each person’s style and strengths, so the training doesn’t feel one-size-fits-all. The post-session insights are also a big plus; they give us a clear view of where we’re improving and what still needs work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The pricing model is a bit of a drawback. Paying per interaction can add up quickly. It would be great to have more flexibility in pricing, like a flat rate or a tiered subscription, so we can use it more freely without watching the clock. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
