## SiteBehaviour Reviews
  ### 1. Helpful behavioral analytics tool for understanding website visitors

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cristian C. | Administrador, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2026

**What do you like best about SiteBehaviour?**

What I like most about SiteBehaviour is how it visualizes user behavior on a website through heatmaps, session recordings, and funnels. It makes it easier to understand how visitors interact with pages and where they drop off, which is very useful for optimization.

**What do you dislike about SiteBehaviour?**

The interface can feel a bit overwhelming at first, especially for new users. Some advanced features require time to configure properly, and performance can slow down when analyzing large amounts of data.

**What problems is SiteBehaviour solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SiteBehaviour solves the problem of limited visibility into real user behavior on websites. In a professional context, it helps identify usability issues, improve conversion rates, and make data-driven decisions based on how users actually interact with content.

  ### 2. Easy-to-Use Website Visitor Tracking and Behavior Analysis

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark D. | Business Consultant, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 24, 2025

**What do you like best about SiteBehaviour?**

I like how simple and straightforward it is to set up tracking and view data on the dashboard. At a glance I get a great overview of site traffic, top pages and where people are visiting from.

I also like the ability to repay visits, I can literally watch what visitors do on my website, helping me improve the visitor experience.

**What do you dislike about SiteBehaviour?**

It's a small thing, but the list of websites isn't in alphabetical order, they're in the order the site is added to the platform. Would be better if they were in alphabetical order and have a search function.

**What problems is SiteBehaviour solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SiteBehaviour solves the challenge of understanding visitor behavior and mapping user journeys on websites to improve overall user experience.

  ### 3. Offers adequate primary web traffic analysis

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paola B. | Chief Content Officer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 19, 2024

**What do you like best about SiteBehaviour?**

I easily put up the tracking and was able to go through the reports with so much ease. The first thing that struck me about SiteBehaviour was how simple and easy to navigate the software is. It was straightforward to get a vague idea of my website traffic and users’ activities.

**What do you dislike about SiteBehaviour?**

I have found that for SiteBehaviour there are not many opportunities to export data. I was not able to take raw data of the data set in order to analyze it using other BI tool of my choice. This is a disadvantage for me,I prefer going deeper by analyzing my website data to identify trends and patterns.

**What problems is SiteBehaviour solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SiteBehaviour assisted me in ascertaining the background of the visitors to my website, the specific sections of my website they viewed and how long they spent on my site. This information can help me decide many aspects related to my website for the target audience to convert better.

  ### 4. Especially helpful to understand the activity of a user

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jakub C. | Senior HR Generalist, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 21, 2024

**What do you like best about SiteBehaviour?**

Using SiteBehaviour, we were able to get detailed visitor behaviour and it is useful in mapping the journey of users on our website. I can watch how users move from one page to another, to highlight problematic areas and potential changes.

**What do you dislike about SiteBehaviour?**

SiteBehaviour does not seem to be as effective in capturing the behavior of mobile device. Another disadvantage is more general, and it is a critical issue for a website like ours: the absence of specific mobile usage details.

**What problems is SiteBehaviour solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By using SiteBehaviour software, I have been able to get a much better insight on how the visitors are behaving on the website. When I work out the user pain, and align the user journey, then the conversions and general user experience increases.
