**What do you like best about ShowUp?**

I love how easy this platform is for my vendors to use. The application customization is fantastic, and letting vendors choose their own space is such a game-changer. On top of that, the customer support is truly outstanding — quick responses, real help, and always there when questions pop up. (This is true for both for me and my customers)

**What do you dislike about ShowUp?**

Like any new software, there can be a few bumps in the road when vendors are registering. The good news is those issues are becoming fewer and farther between — and when something does pop up, it’s fixed quickly every time. That kind of responsiveness really matters and is truly appreciated.

**What problems is ShowUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vendors often ask to be in a different spot when they get to the market. With the option for vendors to choose they spot- this awkward, "where do you want me to set up?" is eliminated.

**What do you like best about ShowUp?**

ShowUp has completely streamlined the way I manage vendors for my events. As someone who produces large-scale vendor markets and festivals, the platform eliminates the need for spreadsheets, endless email chains, and manual payment tracking. The vendor application process is intuitive, approvals are easy to manage, and collecting vendor fees through the platform keeps everything organized in one place.

One of the biggest advantages is the ability to manage vendor communications and payments within a single dashboard, which saves a tremendous amount of administrative time. It also creates a much smoother experience for vendors applying to participate in events. Overall, ShowUp has made vendor management far more efficient and professional for event organizers.

**What do you dislike about ShowUp?**

Very little to dislike so farHonestly there isn’t much to dislike. As the platform continues to grow, additional customization and analytics tools could make it even more powerful for larger events, but the core functionality is already excellent.

**What problems is ShowUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ShowUp eliminates the chaos of managing vendors through spreadsheets, emails, and separate payment systems. The platform centralizes vendor applications, approvals, payments, and communication all in one place, which saves a tremendous amount of administrative time. For someone producing large vendor markets and festivals, it has made the entire vendor management process far more organized, efficient, and professional.
