What do you like best about ShopXpert?

The workstations are my favorite part. There are tablets set up across the shop, and now everyone knows exactly what job they’re working on, what’s next, and where each part is in the process without chasing papers or asking around. What do you dislike about ShopXpert?

I don't think I dislike anything, my job position being a machinist , I am working directly with the tasks module and workstation and I love them fully. What do you like best about ShopXpert?

While working in the tooling department , we were always struggling with misplacing tools and stockouts , since implementing ShopXpert Vending system that wasn't an issue anymore. Every tool is in it's specific spot in the cabinets accessible only with employee badges. We know at any times who took what tool , and if they placed it back or not. It's great! What do you like best about ShopXpert?

We love that ShopXpert lets us pick and pay only for the features we need. As our company has grown, we’ve been able to scale up gradually by enabling new modules—no need to jump into a massive system all at once. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ShopXpert?

Honestly, we haven’t encountered any major issues. Occasionally, reports with heavy filters can take a few extra seconds to load, but it's not a deal-breaker. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ShopXpert solving and how is that benefiting you?

We can create preventive maintenance tasks very easy and assign them to the right people all the time, we set reminders and like that nothing really gets missed. It keeps everything on schedule . What do you like best about ShopXpert?

What I like most about this platform is how easy it is to track everything. You can clearly see who uploaded documents, or very important, who modified or deleted something, along with the exact date and time of each action. What do you dislike about ShopXpert?
