There are tablets set up across the shop, and now everyone knows exactly what job they’re working on, what’s next, and where each part is in the process without chasing papers or asking around. Everything’s digital and in one place. It makes the whole operation run smoother, and the team actually likes using it. **What do you dislike about ShopXpert?** I don't think I dislike anything, my job position being a machinist , I am working directly with the tasks module and workstation and I love them fully. I am sure if I would use the whole app I could find something I don't like but I'll have to look for it. **What problems is ShopXpert solving and how is that benefiting you?** How is ShopXpert benefiting me? Well I am not loosing time anymore chasing paper travelers , jobs are right in my face on the screen all the time and I have full control over their tasks. I always know what's next so I can prepare better. I am more efficient since ShopXPert. ### 2. Every tool is in it's specific spot in the cabinets accessible only with employee badges. We know at any times who took what tool , and if they placed it back or not. It's great! **What do you dislike about ShopXpert?** I can't point out any downsides at the moment. App works great in our department! **What problems is ShopXpert solving and how is that benefiting you?** ShopXpert helps us to be far more organized than before, and to be way more efficient. As our company has grown, we’ve been able to scale up gradually by enabling new modules—no need to jump into a massive system all at once. **What do you dislike about ShopXpert?** Honestly, we haven’t encountered any major issues. Occasionally, reports with heavy filters can take a few extra seconds to load, but it's not a deal-breaker. **What problems is ShopXpert solving and how is that benefiting you?** We can create preventive maintenance tasks very easy and assign them to the right people all the time, we set reminders and like that nothing really gets missed. It keeps everything on schedule . Never ran out of tools since we have been using ShopXPert's inventory management system, it's great! ### 4.
