While the platform was OK to use, it's very dated and does not outweight our main problem with them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about ShopWired? Despite being a subscription service, they hide their cancellation procedure away in the small print and provide no way to cancel or manage your subscription other than contacting them. I was led to believe our subscription had been cancelled, only to find out I was still being charged for over a year. I contacted customer service and explained we had not been using the service, gave them several opportunities to either provide a refund or come to some sort of compromise, only to be referred to the thousands of lines of T&C's, as most big companies do.
