If it wasn't enough, the customer advisors are super knowledgeable and talented which means that there is nothing that they cannot help you with if needed. **What do you dislike about ShopWired?** Nothing so far. They are efficient and friendly, they reply almost immediately to any live chat question, the emails are also answered quickly, they go the extra mile so that the customer is happy with their template and I cannot count the number of times they kindly tweaked some code here and there for my template to fit my needs. **What problems is ShopWired solving and how is that benefiting you?** I was looking for an efficient eCommerce platform where I could present my items in a nice and user-friendly way, and ShopWired allows me to do that. While I haven't started to launch my website yet, I was able to set everything up very efficiently. The platform also allows me to track down orders, the number of visits, and the likes which is great because it will help me a lot down the line. ### 9.
