Lack of options in Whiteboard; for example, correcting the quantity of production produced, correcting a source data error (from a said machine tag).

We are able to track real time OEE and it singles out our down times. indicating where we need focus and how to get things up and running better. it integrates with most of our PLC and it actually quite easy to integrate. the Performance can be monitored with real time data and analysis. I think this is something to do at our end but sometimes it starts logging our production as scrap and then it has to be moved to good product but i think this is a glitch and we can rectify it easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the fact that you can receive real time information and that it has the ability to be broadcast throughout the company. Analytics reports that can be built for specific meeting types is also a benefit. The only real "complaint" is that we do not have the ability to add/remove downtime reasons on our own. We have some instances where we go too in depth with downtime reason codes, and some instances where we are too vague. All other aspects of Shoplogix have been really good for us. The basic concept is quite simple, which makes it easy to implement. You also get a lot of data presented in different views, and it can be used on the shop floor as well. It can be applied to both machines and manual stations, using simple sensors or other systems already used during the cycle. Some of the calculations are fairly difficult to understand and explain. The Whiteboard could also be more adjustable and flexible. Analytics is a great part of Shoplogix, but the data is only added to its database at a little more than hourly intervals, which can be limiting at times. I like the visual management and the ease with which I can input data and observe live data. It allows me to see at all times where I am in relation to the target. Within five minutes on the shop floor, I can see from a distance which lines are performing and which aren't, enabling me to address issues and bring the team together to focus on specific problems effectively. When you have several data points to capture data, rather than start each individual part of the equipment. I know Shoplogix is working to have one common button to start all at the same time, so that will solve the problem with the time difference between the units of the same line. On another hand, I think the data analysis, the analytics can be improved. And I know there is next level analytics through AI that can be used because right now creating custom dashboards specific, it's pretty difficult for people that do not know how the analytic works. I find Shoplogix Smart Factory Suite very useful for factory machine data collection. It shows accurate information for machine running time and fault records, and I like how it displays real downtime and operator comments, which can help improve machine efficiency. From the initial contact, the team has been easy to work with. The support they provide is very thorough when it comes to getting you connected, and they offer simple “out of the box” solutions.

The digital whiteboard makes it very easy to both track real-time machine status and production numbers, and to review previous days activities on an hourly breakdown when confirmation of events is needed.
