What do you like best about Shiptheory?

ShipTheory for us bridges between couriers and our warehouse software. When we had a issue with our warehouse software I was pulling my hair out thinking the viability of the day to day business was being threatened. I cc'd in everyone in the hope of a solution. Cue Henry Forber (ShipTheory Tech Support) who resolved the issue for us within an hour...i literally cheered. I always begrudged paying for a software that bridges two services but today I saw the full value...thank you Henry, you deserve a beer! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
