The platform’s integrations were seamless and had us running almost instantly.

Sherlocks.ai’s AI can proactively detect outages and identify the root cause. We

especially appreciate how follow-up investigations can be triggered directly from

Slack by simply mentioning @sherlocks, even if there isn’t an active alert, this speeds

What do you dislike about Sherlocks.ai?

While Sherlocks.ai works very well for most scenarios, we have a few unique

messaging flows and edge cases that produce noisy alerts. Filtering these out to

fine-tune what counts as “important” sometimes required additional guidance from

Since adopting Sherlocks.ai, our team isn’t drowning in irrelevant alerts. The system is surprisingly good at flagging false positives—alerts that used to distract us are automatically filtered, making it much easier to focus on real infrastructure issues.
