**What do you like best about Settle?**

Settle makes paying your supplier invoices very easy. I love the Settle provided email that can be used as your own A/P email inbox, we love how easy it is to upload an invoice and then make a payment. The User interface is simple and clear. Lastly, having the ability to finance some of our larger invoices has been an invaluable tool in the growth of our business.

**What do you dislike about Settle?**

I find the A/P side of Settle to be incredibly easy to use and I have no dislikes. On the financing side, the one pain point we currently have is that reconciling the loans, loan payments, and transcations is a bit clunky. However, the Settle team is very responsive and will get you the documents that your Bookkeeper needs to do their monthly reconciliation, I just wish this process was a bit more automated.

**What problems is Settle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Settle helps us stay current on our bills, makes it easy to pay our vendors, and helps finance larger invoices that we prefer to pay over time.

**What do you like best about Settle?**

Settle is extremly easy to use (UI is similar to Bill.com / other payables platform) and is a seamless transition. The financing capabilities are extremely helpful when purchasing inventory for wholesale / other long lead time services.

Mary and the CX team are also extremely responsive and easy to work with.

**What do you dislike about Settle?**

The bill search function is not as robust as it could be, which can make it a bit hard to find old bills (you have to go into the vendor and then see the history), but presumably this will be fixed!
