**What do you like best about ServiceNetwork?**

I was drawn to ServiceNetwork at first because it was a program that wanted to handle service referrals on my behalf. It appeared more convenient when there was a possibility to contact different repair services with the help of a single web-site.

**What do you dislike about ServiceNetwork?**

I am unable to track the status of my referrals which greatly affect communication with clients. The reality hasn’t live up to what was being advertised. The most irritating feature of this car is the failure of notifying the actual status of the repairs.

**What problems is ServiceNetwork solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ServiceNetwork does facilitate the means of linking up with a network of service providers. It might be helpful to integrate the primary referral process into the existing system. The overall improvement in efficiency is negligible if better tracking and communication is not made available.

**What do you like best about ServiceNetwork?**

ServiceNetwork provides a broad range of service providers and this is useful for providing our customers with a comfortable repair option. This makes the process of referrals easier because it now centralizes the dispatching of such processes.

**What do you dislike about ServiceNetwork?**

There are problems with the online portal as it is complicated and tough to put through new repair shops. Documentation is also not very clear; even for simple tasks, I had to use the customer support feature.

**What problems is ServiceNetwork solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ServiceNetwork in helping our customers to source for competent service providers. The platform turned into the systematic way of referral, the load is decreased on the team, and clients receive more options to repair something convenient.

**What do you like best about ServiceNetwork?**

ServiceNetwork has helped us to provide efficient customer service referrals within our organization. This way customers can easily get in touch with qualified repair technicians which is very important to us.

**What do you dislike about ServiceNetwork?**

ServiceNetwork also has a disadvantage of not being able to adapt the referral process as desired. The current generic one is quite dry and reduces the scope and impact of the referrals significantly.

**What problems is ServiceNetwork solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ServiceNetwork saved our customers from the process of searching for quality repair providers that can meet their needs. The large pool of agents and minimal hoops to jump to refer a case to another team provide efficiency and uniformity for consumers.
