I liked that I was able to duplicate jobs for multiple people who were on the same cases. I also liked being able to look up people by job numbers in case we needed to look back some info really quick or if we needed to relay info to a server. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I didn’t like that sometimes if there was a job from years ago that was archived, it would still pop up when searching for a new job that has the same number as that old job. Also, sometimes if files didn’t upload correctly, it would show as if nothing was wrong until I actually click on the link and see if everything is correct. That is tedious and slows down efficiency.
