
Yana worked with me on a design sprint for a university. We built an SMS based chatbot that asked students a variety of questions in order to match them up to opportunities tied to their interests. The results were thus personalized and presented on a responsive web page that let students dig deeper into each recommendation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Yana is a very empathetic designer, always thinking about the user's needs, and they "why" behind their experience. She easily guides clients through what is often a foreign space to them - such as user journeys, empathy maps, etc. This guidance engages clients in a way that puts them at ease without having to become UX professionals themselves but still put users first.
