We built an SMS based chatbot that asked students a variety of questions in order to match them up to opportunities tied to their interests. The results were thus personalized and presented on a responsive web page that let students dig deeper into each recommendation. **What do you like best about Sentio Design?** Yana is a very empathetic designer, always thinking about the user's needs, and they "why" behind their experience. She easily guides clients through what is often a foreign space to them - such as user journeys, empathy maps, etc. This guidance engages clients in a way that puts them at ease without having to become UX professionals themselves but still put users first. **What do you dislike about Sentio Design?** There isn't anything I dislike, although I have seen people initially surprised by Yana's forthrightness. She's direct, but that should not put you off at all. She's honestly just passionate about what she does! **Recommendations to others considering Sentio Design:** I recommend you engage Sentio Design with an open mind. Be willing to be challenged, and realize your assumptions may be wrong. You want to hire them to help you solve a problem that considers the users first. **What problems is Sentio Design solving and how is that benefiting you?** I've worked with Yana to build a chatbot, and to build an IoT application for a national fuel transportation company. We've also facilitated several design sprint workshops together, and worked on some proposals for prospective clients. ### 2. Its extremely undervalued and you will gain great insights and ideas about your business with obvious team unity around a project.
