
Finding HatchWorks felt like Christmas morning. From the beginning of the process, they made articulating what we need incredibly easy through a series of exercises that pulled the right information from us, rather than us having to create it. Then they crafted the job description, even the right title.
And then the magic began. Candidate CVs, that were so much better than any of our searches had every uncovered, appeared in our inboxes – and they were already prescreened. We received notes from HatchWorks’ recruiters about the ways in which candidates aligned to our needs, as well as honest assessments of where it may not be a perfect fit. This meant our interview could skip a lot of the basics and dive into rich conversations to get a sense of each candidate’s depth of experience, their interest in the specifics of the jobs we need to have done and their fit with our culture.
The combination of having a local, high-touch service with people who intimately understand my needs and how to work with me, with an abundance of talented, experienced nearshore candidates, makes me a HatchWorks customer for life.
