What problems is Tapptitude solving and how is that benefiting you?

In my practice, I work with a sector of U.S. Military Veterans who have grown frustrated and somewhat feel left behind by the digital tools of the Department of Veteran's Affairs (VA). In many circles, America's heroes are leaving incalcuable dollars of entitlement on the table while they struggle to log in using two-factor authentication; or leave out critical compensable disability conditions which may be related to their military service. VetNexus is an an easy to use interface which does not require the Veteran to establish an account, as none of their personal data is retained. The application also features a "BodyMap" where the Veteran can simply click or tap an area of the human diagram and several symptom suggestions are made.
