They didn't quit when we kept calling them out...? **What do you dislike about Hero Digital?** They just ran tools and sent us the output. For example, they scanned the top 100 lines of code on our site. Then they sent us suggestions to add things that were already on that page, just not in the top 100 lines of code. Their top suggestion was to change to JSON-LD instead of microdata which has zero effect on SEO ranking. Any time we asked them what the direct effect of changing something would be, they had no good response. It seems like they have no knowledge whatsoever other than what their tools generate for them. **Recommendations to others considering Hero Digital:** Choose someone else or just do your own research. **What problems is Hero Digital solving and how is that benefiting you?** Hero Digital performed an SEO audit with the intent to provide suggestions to improve our SEO rankings. ### 2. I like to go to the office and see co-workers outside of work. It is normal for people (including leadership) to communicate with you after heartbreaking meetings, be available for advice when you are in difficult situations, ask about your vacation / dog / spouse / child / recent cooking adventure / etc. Autonomy: a lot of freedom around programming, work style, ... **What do you dislike about Hero Digital?** You are going to have a crazy season every time that it will demand more than the typical 40 hours (this is more frequent for some teams than for others).
