I would rather a long meeting be summarized and kept as one long meeting. My example is from meetings that last beyond 3 hours and upto at least 7 hours. There have been some bugs where the app shut down and the meeting was lost. No ability to export into a word file (tasks, summary, key items, etc.) **What problems is Sembly AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** Summarizing meetings without the need to take notes or have an assistant present. ### 2. I integrate it with my google calendar so I have the option to use it for every meeting. I use it mutliple times a week. If you are working with a client or for a client or running a project there are not the right meeting types. Sometimes, it doesn't work, and then I don't have any notes for that meeting when I was relying on Sembly to have them. It would be good that you can add vocabulary and industry-specific works or acronyms so you do not need to update notes. In addition, summarizing the individual topics in a conversation is very powerful. As far as I had contact with support, they were able to solve all of my problems well, regardless of whether it was integration with other systems or general support. I also use Sembly almost every day to sort my spoken notes. The handling of the app and the website are very simple and clear. Exporting files also works perfectly for my needs. The ease of implementation is great. **What do you dislike about Sembly AI?** There is one small weak point that I have found so far, the assignment of speakers does not always work properly. **What problems is Sembly AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** We save ourselves the trouble of writing protocols and can use the information from Sembly to optimize the protocol. ### 13. Once integrated with your calendar, Sembly will plan to join each meeting you have scheduled, plus you can add Sembly to an ad-hoc meeting via a link. Sembly also allows for importing of audio files from meetings (such as from Zoom downloads) in case a meeting is missing. I have between 3 and 9 meetings daily, and Sembly joins on almost every single one. There is the option to tell Sembly not to join a meeting, or never join a particular standing meeting. This is great for our Friday "Happy Hour" meetings that I don't need a recording of :) You can also share sembly meetings. Furthermore, Sembly integrates with other popular tools such as Notion. Probably my favorite thing, though, is if I do experience a problem or need assistance (or just want to make a suggestion), the customer support team is amazingly quick to respond with decent replies. **What do you dislike about Sembly AI?** Occasionally, Sembly will disconnect from my calendar or have an issue seeing that I have a meeting scheduled. This has only happened maybe 3 times in all the months that I've used the platform. I don't find the Key Items helpful at all. I don't lose anything by not using it, but I wish I could find a way to make the inclusions more meaningful and therefore useful. Often, Sembly will attribute a dialog to the wrong speaker. This causes tasks to be incorrectly assigned. There is, however, the ability to edit the transcript to point to the correct speaker. **What problems is Sembly AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problem that this is solving: In meetings, it is vital that we have meeting minutes to capture details, questions, action items, and decisions. With Sembly, I don't have to divide my time between actively participating in the meeting with taking good notes. ### 14. No need to ping my colleagues to get updates regarding the event. - It helps me with content creation since each future article or case study for my landing page can be discussed and then processed with AI. The meeting notes suffice instead of me having to do separate minutes and are usually pretty accurate and the to-do's summarize the action items from a meeting helping me to be fully present in my meetings. It was really easy to connect to Google and most of the time has joined the meetings on time, I've only had a couple I needed to add manually. I use it every day to follow up with meeting items, check on conversations that were had and pull transcripts to use with Chat GPT. **What do you dislike about Sembly AI?** It also captures your personal banter and may even make you some to-do's! sometimes these are helpful and sometimes they are not! **What problems is Sembly AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** I used to have to go back through the Google Meet transcripts to create minutes and find to-do items. Often to-do's were not highlighted easily or were not even discussed but Sembly still creates them , helping me to stay on top of things that were more than just a discussion item. The transcripts allow me to take ideas that were discussed in the meeting and add them to Chat GPT to come up with project plans, blog outlines, and more. ### 16. It's not perfect, but it's realy good. I use it daily and it's quickly become a staple of how i get stuff done. The time i've saved has been immense. The notes are structured really well and when my follow up is mainly focused on making minor tweeks, it's much easier to provide my collagues and my customers with better, more timely information that's higher quality. Setup was immediate. I was able to put it to use before my paid subscription went active and the transition once I decided to purchase it was seemless. In the few times i've had how-to questions, support responded to my emails really quickly. I've made some recommendations and was happy to learn that nearly all are in the pipeline to be released in the next coule of months. Integrating it into my calendar has beey pretty easy. I suspect once my corporate security team completes their review, it will be similar story with Teams integration. For now, I can still use it in Teams. I just can't use the plugin. Several of my colleagues have started using Sembly and feel the same as I. **What do you dislike about Sembly AI?** There's no webex immediate invite option, but I suspect i may be able to use the "general invite" option when Webex is the meeting tool of the hour. Otherwize i have zero complaints. **What problems is Sembly AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** it's giving me back time in my day. Able to just invite sembly to the meeting is good too. **What do you dislike about Sembly AI?** Problem is it doesn't work half of the time. We invited sembly to the zoom meetings a few times and almost half of the meetings can't be recorded. It would just say no content. Or the whole recording just contains one sentence out of a 1 hour recording. When check with customer support, it takes 2-3 days to get an answer. And the audio uploads only allows 5 hours for the plan. What's the use of sembly if we can't have our interviews recorded. They only accept .mp3 file, but zoom default recording is .m4u. So we would need to convert firtst before upload to sembly. **What problems is Sembly AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** able to transcript and summarize meeting. Able to shorten time if it works.
