For difficult scenarios involving machines, it is always necessary to seek assistance from other software programs to diagnose problems. **What problems is Secomea solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have found Secomea to be useful for simple remote problems in my machines. This helps to minimize time when the line is idle and ensures that production proceeds smoothly. It allows me to become familiar with an equipment, fix simple issues, and get back online much quicker. ### 2. This has cut down the time our important equipment take before they are back in operation. **What do you dislike about Secomea?** That there is not enough functions for cooperation among users is one of the issues that I have personally experienced. Secomea lacks a mechanism that will enable a number of different technicians to collaborate on a single problem. **What problems is Secomea solving and how is that benefiting you?** They have been good for our secour operations especially the ones in Secomea.
