What I like best about SearchPilot is its ability to run both CRO and SEO tests server-side, which ensures a seamless experience for users while delivering reliable results. The platform's professional services and engineering teams are incredibly helpful — not only in executing complex testing scenarios, but also in contributing valuable insights during the ideation phase. Another upside is the ability to deploy winning test variants via the SearchPilot platform, allowing us to move quickly while our development team works on integrating changes into the core codebase. One downside of SearchPilot is that the testing setup interface can require some tech savvy, especially for more complex experiments, which means we rely heavily on the professional services team for implementation. While their support is excellent, a more intuitive setup experience would help reduce that dependency. Additionally, for CRO tests with programmatic ad revenue as a KPI, the platform doesn't currently offer integrated visibility into that data. As a result, we have to manually pull and analyze revenue data in-house, which adds extra steps to our workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
