"Scribe is a game changer!"
What do you like best about Scribe?

Scribe has supercharged our ability to guide users through business processes across our non profit organization. What once required lengthy explanations, repeated 1:1 trainings, or back-and-forth troubleshooting can now be handled with a simple, easy-to-follow Scribe guide.

By documenting key workflows with Scribe, we've significantly reduced the amount of time our Technology and Infrastructure Support teams spend walking users through processes. Instead of responding to the same questions multiple times, our team can direct users to clear, visual guides that walk them through each step. This has freed up valuable staff time, improved user confidence, and accelerated task completion across departments.

The ability to quickly generate documentation as we work—without needing to write it out manually—has allowed us to build a robust, scalable knowledge base with minimal effort. It’s made supporting both new and seasoned staff more efficient, consistent, and sustainable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scribe?

One area where we see room for improvement is around licensing and user access. As a nonprofit organization, budget is always a consideration, and we wish there were a more cost-effective way to license read-only users. Currently, the per-user pricing makes it challenging for us to enforce login and track engagement across a wider group of staff, especially when those users only need to view—not create—Scribes.

Having the ability to license readers separately at a lower cost would allow us to better manage access, ensure users are referencing the most up-to-date materials, and gain insights into which guides are most helpful—all without significantly increasing our costs.

Additionally, integration with Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) for Single Sign-On would be a huge win. It would streamline access management, improve security, and make it easier to onboard and offboard users consistently across our organization.

We’re hopeful that as Scribe continues to evolve, these features will be added to better support organizations like ours that are trying to scale access without breaking the bank. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Guide Creation with Some Screenshot Quirks"
What do you like best about Scribe?

It's super easy to create guides that I can share with our customers. Our customers aren't often the most tech savvy people, and it can be so helpful to give them focused screenshots to look at. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scribe?

There are some lightweight UX quirks that I don't like: Sometimes the screenshots are too zoomed in. Sometimes it records too many of the same click, and i have to delete many of them.

I wish I could easily integrate the docs into other platforms (e.g. intercom). Also, I pay for a lot of other tools, and I don't think we can afford another subscription just for this. I wish there were some other payment plans we could consider. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
