What do you like best?

The ease of which ScreenMeet launches in our environment. Makes it a seamless integration with our existing platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Often when reporting issues, it seems that no one in the SM side has heard of it. We end up providing a lot of detailed examples and it's often attributed to an environmental component (even though we have agents in different locations with different devices) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It allows us to offer remote support to customers to see their issues first hand. It was an easier, more cost-effective solution than we had in the past. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
