**What do you like best about Schematic?**

Schematic allowed us to move significantly faster in launching monetization strategies aligned to the value our enterprise clients receive. It helped us manage complex packaging and subscription tiers, including usage-based pricing, across a broad customer base. The platform also elegantly solved our feature flag and rollout challenges. We've been able to ship features with confidence, tailor access per client, and respond quickly to new enterprise needs. The documentation is excellent, and the product evolves rapidly, often shipping just what we needed right on time. The team is collaborative, thoughtful, and very responsive.

**What do you dislike about Schematic?**

There’s not much to dislike. While the product is still evolving, that’s actually been a strength. If I had to nitpick, earlier versions had occasional gaps for very niche enterprise scenarios, but those were quickly addressed as the product advanced. The team consistently delivers meaningful improvements and new capabilities that align with real-world needs, so any temporary limitations have never slowed us down.

**What problems is Schematic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Schematic helps us solve several complex challenges around how we monetize our enterprise SaaS product. It gives us fine-grained control over subscription packaging, usage-based billing, and entitlement management, all of which are critical given our diverse client base. User friendly tools with simple UI-based management of features and pricing management simply weren’t built for enterprise contracts with variable pricing and custom access models, but Schematic let us implement these with speed. It also enabled us to manage feature rollouts and flags in a structured way, helping us ship faster and more flexibly,

**What do you like best about Schematic?**

Schematic allows us to focus on our product and not pricing and billing. We were only using stripe, but any change of plans, pricing or features was a nightmare. Schematic now handles all of that and more! They have impressively adding new features at a fast clip.

**What do you dislike about Schematic?**

There isn’t anything that I have to say. Any issues we have had was something we messed up on, but they were fantastic at getting right back to us and even have made some adjustments for our use cases.

**What problems is Schematic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using Schematic from a billing, feature flag, plan management, and usage based features that has allowed us to charge for things in plans like licenses and add-ons that we do not need our development team to help with.
