What do you like best about SAP Sales Cloud?

I’ve been really impressed with how SAP Sales Cloud gives me a complete, real-time view of our customers and sales pipeline. It’s made managing relationships and forecasting so much easier. The integration with other systems is seamless, and the automation and analytics tools have really streamlined our workflows. I also love that I can access everything on the go, which keeps me and my team productive wherever we are. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP Sales Cloud?

While SAP Sales Cloud has a lot to offer, I’ve found it can be quite complex to learn and navigate, especially at first. The interface isn’t always intuitive, and making custom changes often requires extra support or technical help. It can also run slowly at times, particularly with large datasets, and the cost adds up quickly if you need more advanced features or users. Once it’s all set up, it works well — but getting there takes time and patience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
