## SAP Sales Cloud Reviews
 ### 1. Powerful Analytics with Powerful integration capabilities and user friendly user interface

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Patil A. | Information Technology Security Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Sales Cloud?**

I like SAP Sales Cloud for its real-time analytics and reporting feature, as well as its seamless integration which provides the ability to have a single source of truth. I also appreciate the scalability and flexibility of the solution. Moreover, the modern user experience is impressive, and I value the continuous innovation features that SAP Cloud offers.

**What do you dislike about SAP Sales Cloud?**

Some of the aspects we need improvement include the complexity of implementation. Many users report that implementation of projects is exponentially complex and can take months and years to complete. There's a stiff learning curve, and despite the modern interface, the system remains complex for many daily users. Additionally, there is limited customization flexibility.

**What problems is SAP Sales Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use SAP Sales Cloud for automating our end-to-end supply chain, managing the employee lifecycle, and scaling our business. It helps with real-time analytics to predict market trends and reduces server maintenance overhead.

 ### 2. Robust CRM with Complex Setup

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yehudit M. | Head of E-Commerce & Digital Operations, Textiles, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Sales Cloud?**

I really love how SAP Sales Cloud covers the whole sales process so well. We can track everything step by step, from getting new leads, sending out fabric quotes and arranging product samples, all the way to negotiating bulk orders and closing deals. It fits our textile wholesale business really well and keeps all our sales work well organized. I also find its customer profile management extremely useful. We can record all client details clearly, such as their favorite fabric styles, usual order volumes and budget needs. This lets our sales team offer more suitable services and meet their demands better. What’s more, I’m a big fan of its easy-to-use data dashboard and built-in reports. It can automatically show us clear sales trends and market data, so I can easily adjust our stock plans and sales strategies without spending hours sorting out data manually. It also runs very steadily and works great with other tools we use, like our inventory system and accounting software, which makes our daily work much more connected and efficient. Besides that, I really like the flexible access permission settings. I can set different viewing and editing rights for different staff, so we can well protect our private client information and make sure everyone only sees what they need for their own work.

**What do you dislike about SAP Sales Cloud?**

First off, the initial setup and daily operation are way too complex for ordinary sales team members. Many advanced system functions are overly professional and loaded with complicated settings. It takes them quite a long time to get fully familiar with basic entry operations, and they often feel confused when adjusting sales stages or filling in customized textile-related fields. A more simplified lightweight operation mode would be much more friendly for frontline sales staff. Secondly, it lacks enough industry-specific preset templates tailored for the textile field. Right now most quotation forms and business templates are universal styles, without built-in textile industry standard parameters such as fabric composition, gram weight, width and bulk order discount rules. We have to manually add and modify these items every time, which wastes a lot of extra working time.

**What problems is SAP Sales Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SAP Sales Cloud centralizes our customer info, streamlines sales follow-ups, and automates reporting, saving time and reducing errors. It integrates online and offline sales, resolves miscommunication, and enhances client satisfaction, improving overall sales efficiency.

 ### 3. Powerful SAP Integration with Real-Time Insights and Sales Automation

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** krishna y. | Marketing Platform Automation Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Sales Cloud?**

Its strong integration with the SAP ecosystem, real-time customer insights, and advanced sales automation features make it a valuable tool. It helps streamline lead and opportunity management, improves forecasting accuracy, and enables sales teams to deliver a more personalized customer experience through centralized, data-driven processes.

**What do you dislike about SAP Sales Cloud?**

The platform can feel complex for new users, particularly during implementation and customization. The user interface doesn’t always feel intuitive, and making integration or configuration changes can require technical expertise. In addition, performance can sometimes be slower when the system is handling large volumes of data.

**What problems is SAP Sales Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps solve challenges such as disconnected customer data, inefficient sales processes, and limited visibility into the sales pipeline. By centralizing customer information, automating sales activities, and providing real-time analytics and forecasting, it makes our day-to-day work more manageable. For us, this translates into higher productivity, stronger customer engagement, better decision-making, and a more streamlined overall sales process.

 ### 4. Mobile Access and Automation Shine Amid Customization Challenges

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rajin P. | Data analytics, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Sales Cloud?**

I find SAP Sales Cloud essential for managing my pipeline and tracking customer interactions effectively. The mobile access is what I like most because it lets me manage my deals and customer interactions from anywhere, not just at my desk. Its automation features save me a ton of time on routine follow-ups and data entry, allowing me to focus on building relationships with clients. It provides a central place to track leads and manage opportunities without wasting time searching for information and integrates well with our email and other systems, giving us better visibility on deals and revenue. This integration also facilitates a smooth lead flow from marketing to sales without manual handoffs.

**What do you dislike about SAP Sales Cloud?**

Honestly, the learning curve is pretty steep when you first start using it - it took me a while to get comfortable with all the features. And I wish the customization options were easier to handle without having to call IT every time I need to adjust something for my specific workflow or team needs.

**What problems is SAP Sales Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use SAP Sales Cloud to manage my pipeline and track customer interactions from a central place, saving time on routine tasks and allowing focus on closing sales. The mobile access and automation further enhance my productivity.

 ### 5. Centralized Customer Data, But Needs Improved Usability

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abhishek A. | PCB design engineer, Automotive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Sales Cloud?**

I like that SAP Sales Cloud keeps all customer data, leads, and sales activities in one place, making it easy to track opportunities and follow up efficiently. It gives clear visibility of the sales pipeline, which helps in better planning and coordination. Keeping everything in one place helps me avoid missing important customer details or follow-ups. I can quickly see the full history of interactions, track the status of leads and opportunities, and manage quotations more efficiently. This organization makes my work more organized, saves time, and improves coordination with my team, especially when handling multiple customers and projects in an industrial environment.

**What do you dislike about SAP Sales Cloud?**

One challenge I face with SAP Sales Cloud is that it can feel complex and not very user-friendly at times, especially for new users. Some processes take more steps than expected, which can slow down daily work. Also, the system performance can occasionally be slow, and better customization or simpler navigation would improve the overall experience.

**What problems is SAP Sales Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use SAP Sales Cloud to manage customer data, track leads, and improve sales coordination. It solves scattered data issues and enhances visibility in the pipeline, keeping interactions in one place, improving follow-ups, and providing better coordination across departments.

**Reviewed by:** Mulus B. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

I mainly use SAP Sales Cloud to stay on top of my customer interactions and manage sales opportunities more smoothly. It helps me keep everything organized in one place, makes forecasting easier, and allows me to collaborate better with my team, which really improves my day-to-day workflow. I like how it naturally brings everything together in one place, making tracking customer interactions and managing opportunities feel effortless. The clear pipeline view helps me stay focused and organized throughout the day. I also use SAP Sales Cloud along with email tools and a few other integrations to keep everything in sync. It fits in well with my existing setup and helps me manage my work more smoothly. The initial setup was fairly smooth overall, and once everything was in place, it became much easier to use and adapt to my specific needs. When I was part of a mid-sized company, it helped us stay organized, manage customer information better, and improve coordination between different departments. I'd recommend SAP Sales Cloud, as it is a reliable and useful tool for managing sales activities and customer data, really helping to improve productivity.

**What do you dislike about SAP Sales Cloud?**

**What problems is SAP Sales Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use SAP Sales Cloud to organize customer interactions and manage sales opportunities smoothly. It solves the problem of scattered customer info and missed follow-ups, improving visibility into my pipeline and helping me make informed decisions.

 ### 8. Robust CRM with Seamless SAP Integration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mariqna H. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Sales Cloud?**

I really like SAP Sales Cloud for its deep integration with other SAP solutions, especially SAP S/4HANA. This integration is invaluable as it lets us create quotes, orders, and pricing checks directly within the CRM without having to switch systems, which is crucial for speed in our B2B environment. I also find the robust reporting and dashboards very useful for monitoring sales performance and identifying bottlenecks early. Lastly, SAP Sales Cloud has provided a single source of truth for all account and opportunity data, reducing manual work and improving team collaboration, allowing us to make data-driven decisions.

**What do you dislike about SAP Sales Cloud?**

The user interface can feel overly complex for occasional users, and some standard actions require too many clicks. Tasks like creating a follow-up task or updating a simple opportunity stage often involve navigating through multiple menus, which slows down our sales reps. Customization can also be technical and time-consuming without dedicated admin support.

**What problems is SAP Sales Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SAP Sales Cloud centralizes customer data, standardizes our sales processes, and enhances pipeline transparency. It reduces manual work, improves collaboration, and supports data-driven decisions, addressing issues with scattered data and inconsistent workflows.

 ### 9. Centralized CRM Enhances Workflow but Can Feel Cumbersome

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Soderstrom H. | IT Administrator, Architecture & Planning, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 15, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Sales Cloud?**

I like how SAP Sales Cloud gives us complete end-to-end visibility and control over our entire B2B sales cycle, and it integrates seamlessly with our existing SAP backend systems, which is invaluable for a regulated, process-focused market. I appreciate the unified customer data; everything lives in one place, so we don't waste time searching across spreadsheets or emails. The strong pipeline and forecasting capabilities are detailed enough for complex B2B deals and help us make data-driven decisions. The seamless integration with other SAP solutions eliminates errors and speeds up quoting and order processing, making cross-departmental handoffs more efficient. These features directly improve our sales efficiency, forecast accuracy, compliance, and customer experience, making SAP Sales Cloud a foundational tool for our business.

**What do you dislike about SAP Sales Cloud?**

One of the biggest pain points is the user interface and overall usability. The system feels heavy and sometimes slow; navigation can be unintuitive, with many clicks needed to reach common functions like updating opportunities, logging activities, or finding customer details. New team members often need significant training to get fully productive, which adds onboarding time. Customization is another area that could be better. While the platform is highly configurable, many adjustments require technical support or consulting help—simple changes to layouts, fields, or dashboards aren’t always user-friendly for non-technical admins. This makes it harder to adapt quickly to our changing sales processes.

**What problems is SAP Sales Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SAP Sales Cloud centralizes customer data, eliminating disjointed processes and ensuring everyone accesses the same information. It improves sales forecasts, identifies risks early, maintains compliant records, and integrates smoothly with our SAP systems for efficient workflows.

 ### 10. Comprehensive CRM with Room for UI Enhancements

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emler R. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 14, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Sales Cloud?**

I really like how SAP Sales Cloud integrates with our existing SAP ERP and backend systems, creating a unified lead-to-cash process that eliminates data silos between sales, operations, and finance. This gives us a single, accurate view of customers, orders, and transactions. Its enterprise-grade scalability and reliability are essential, handling high data volumes and complex sales processes with consistent stability across the DACH region. I appreciate the built-in GDPR and data security capabilities that align with strict German data protection requirements, allowing us to confidently manage customer data and compliance. The advanced sales forecasting and pipeline analytics provide actionable insights for more informed decision-making and improved planning accuracy. The customization options for workflows and fields also let us tailor the system to our specific business needs while maintaining a secure and compliant environment.

**What do you dislike about SAP Sales Cloud?**

While SAP Sales Cloud delivers strong enterprise-level performance, there are a few areas that could be improved. Some of the standard user interface elements feel less intuitive compared to modern cloud tools, which can slow down daily adoption for sales team members without specialized training. Customizing workflows or adding new fields often requires more technical configuration time and support than expected, making quick adjustments more complex.

**What problems is SAP Sales Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SAP Sales Cloud unifies customer data into a single source, ensuring accurate records and GDPR compliance. It streamlines lead-to-cash processes, automates sales workflows, and improves forecasting accuracy, supporting large-scale operations while integrating seamlessly with our existing systems.

SAP Sales Cloud’s customer support team could be more efficient in responding. The queries I raise often take a while to get resolved by their customer relationship team, which slows down the overall support experience.

 ### 15. Powerful CRM with Complex Setup Needs

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yogesh c.

**Reviewed Date:** January 10, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Sales Cloud?**

I use SAP Sales Cloud to manage the entire sales cycle, and it really helps our team with tracking customer interactions and managing sales pipelines. I appreciate how it connects perfectly with other SAP systems like SAP S/4HANA, allowing a seamless view of customer's information such as credit limits and past orders within the same screen. I also really like the 'Intelligent Lead Scoring,' where AI helps our sales team identify which leads are most likely to close, saving us time and effort. Additionally, it eliminates data silos, providing a 360-degree view of customer information across departments. The automation of repetitive tasks like lead routing and follow-up scheduling allows us to focus more on selling, which I find very valuable.

**What do you dislike about SAP Sales Cloud?**

SAP Sales Cloud is a very powerful tool, but it is not very user-friendly for beginners. New sales reps often find it overwhelming and require extensive training to understand the navigation and advanced features. Compared to modern CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce, the UI of SAP Sales Cloud feels a bit clunky and dated. Navigating between different modules can sometimes feel slow or non-intuitive.

**What problems is SAP Sales Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use SAP Sales Cloud to manage the entire sales cycle. It eliminates data silos with a 360-degree customer view, automates manual tasks, and provides AI-driven forecasts. Its integration with SAP ERP gives real-time insights and Intelligent Lead Scoring focuses efforts on likely deals.

 ### 16. Streamlines Sales Process, Enhances Order Management

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Avinash J. | Procurement Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 16, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Sales Cloud?**

I like SAP Sales Cloud's user interface, credit cycle, and overall dashboard. It's super helpful because I can easily see all my client's reports in a single window and check each client's credit worthiness, which is crucial for my company as we heavily rely on credit business. It also gives me insights into most clients' past product choices, their turnover, credit cycle, and recovery. Plus, the integration with Power BI adds great value.

**What do you dislike about SAP Sales Cloud?**

Sharing particular data to particular clients is a bit difficult, especially if there is a region-based product's sales and prospective demand. I have to either use manual Excel sheets or create separate Power BI dashboards.

**What problems is SAP Sales Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SAP Sales Cloud helps me reduce time and pressure in order collection and sales execution. I easily view client reports on a single window, understanding their credit worthiness and past history, crucial for our credit-based business.

Additionally, I find it beneficial for linking different departments, especially in the Precast Industry, including Design, Estimation, and Finance.

**What do you dislike about SAP Sales Cloud?**

We encountered several issues with the product. First, customization was challenging; there were specific reports we needed that were not available, and even the customization options did not fully address our requirements. Additionally, the interface was quite complex and not user-friendly, which made navigation difficult. While a mobile app was provided for convenience, it had limitations, and we were unable to access all features through the mobile version.

I love SAP Sales Cloud for its deep and native integration with our SAP landscape, particularly S/4HANA, which is vital for us since sales depend heavily on back-office data. I appreciate the intelligent output scoring feature that constantly analyzes historical data, activity levels, customer engagement, and deal closing dates, providing valuable insights. The configuration and customization tools are fantastic, allowing easy customization without requiring code changes, which results in quick adaptability and better adoption. The mobile app is robust and reduces my time spent on excessive admin work, thanks to less manual entry and streamlined reporting. The pre-packaged integration to SAP/HANA is excellent as it eliminates complex, time-consuming middleware development, making the CRM setup straightforward with the guided configuration guide.
