As part of an organization that uses Q2C (Quote to Cash) method for Order Processing, I appreciate the integration that SAP Byd offers. Every step is covered and directly connected to the next and creates a very nice flow of Information through the system.

SAP BYD starts assisting the user at the Sales end where the receipt of a Customer inquiry, raising a quote and creating a Sales Order each get a separate work centre. It then leads to the Purchasing side, which includes Project planning, Materials Management, RFQ and Purchase Orders management. Then finally, at each step of the process (both Sales and Purchasing) the Accounting end is always tracking every movement of Goods & Services, Finances and Data to back the movement, helping in creating the weekly, monthly, and yearly Financial Statements.
