**What do you like best about Salesdash CRM?**

It's the fact it's tailored directly to our industry. We can track shipper info, pain points average volume, modes they ship, and so forth. For us too - it's increased the competitive nature within our sales team. You don't want to be in 2nd place - and the customization/reporting Salesdash provides in our main dashboard has everyone engaged. We're not missing follow-ups, not missing a chance to go find a new lead.

**What do you dislike about Salesdash CRM?**

If anything - it's how emails/signatures look sending directly from the CRM vs. Outlook. But there's probably a little bias in that from years of seeing the same email sent from my inbox.

**What problems is Salesdash CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead Generation, Customer Activation, increasing follow-ups, and tracking conversations and keeping great notes with our shippers.

System doesn't have to be manipulated and is designed for brokers.

Not down side for me based on my experience.

**What do you like best about Salesdash CRM?**

The best thing about SalesDash CRM is how easy its user interface is. It is really simple and straightforward, making it the best software to handle clients, leads, and tasks. Also, the reporting and analytics features are really strong and really helpful.

**What do you dislike about Salesdash CRM?**

Although everything is great in Salesdash CRM. However, it does have a minor drawback which is Customer Support.  Customer Support is really slow in the CRM which leads to delays the in fixing problems and makes unhappy.

**What problems is Salesdash CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Salesdash CRM is a great tool that solves the problem of messy sales processes.  One of the most excellent parts of the CRM is that it is really organized making it really easy to keep track of the customer, deals, and leads. This helps in working better, getting more work done, and boosting sales performance.

SalesDash CRM is one of the most amazing tools for SalesPeople. I like its easy use- you can effortlessly keep track of your contacts, monitor leads, and analyse sales data.

**What do you dislike about Salesdash CRM?**

Unlike other CRM, I feel that it gives some limited customization options. It would be great to have more flexibility in tailoring the software to specific needs.

**What problems is Salesdash CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Salesdash CRM is one of the most organized tools I have ever used. It is best for a chaotic sales process. It helps me in organizing my contacts, helps me keep track of leads, and helps in analyzing sales data. All these features allow me to make my work smoother, boost productivity, and lead to more successful sales.

Salesdash CRM is a simple Customer Relationship Management Software that helps the user easily store, retrieve and manage prospective customer contact information.

**What do you dislike about Salesdash CRM?**

As of now, there was no specific feature that we didn't like. It is too early for us to comment on the most disliked part of Salesdash CRM. But the customization takes a bit of longer time

**What problems is Salesdash CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Salesdash CRM can maintain the history of communication with the customers along with its database and one can schedule as well as analyze the number of wins and losses with that client.
