**What do you like best about LilYPad?**

It's a basic application that makes managing sales quite simple. 

**What do you dislike about LilYPad?**

Takes a while to get used to the format and way of doing things but once you get the hang of it and understand it it's really simple 

**What problems is LilYPad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lost sales, or mischarged sales on the pos are very easy to locate using the customer search on lilypad

User friendly interface and the variety of reports that can be accessed.

**What do you dislike about LilYPad?**

It is very slow, Taxes should be separated (GST/PST) easier for bookkeeping.
