**What do you like best about ROLLER Software?**

The ease of the set up. It was quite overwhelming to think of building a new booking platform and uploading all of the sessions and products across the business. It was a big job for one person but Roller support and online guides make it as easy to follow as possible. The account manager Shamiso was very supportive and trained my team and I on everything we needed to know, constantly proofing all of the set up which provided me with the confidence everything had been done correctly.

**What do you dislike about ROLLER Software?**

There's only a small number of mechanics I would improve if I could. Any software updates or amends can all be suggested to the development team via email and they will advise if its something that would prove useful to other clients too.

**What problems is ROLLER Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Speed of setting up and loading our offers, discounts and sessions online for the customer to book. Our checkout page bounce rate has decreased. The reports are also easy to see and understand.

**What do you like best about ROLLER Software?**

For us the best things about Roller is the speedy check in process and waiver system. 

**What do you dislike about ROLLER Software?**

There are a lot of features the Roller has that we don't use as a small business. It would be really helpful for us if we could access Venue Manager on mobile devices. It also does not have a couple of simple functions that we have had with previous software that we now have to manually, for example a figure of how many people have checked in for an individual session.

**What problems is ROLLER Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its's a very simple system that can be taught to new staff quickly. It's user friendly for customers and the reports have been so useful for analysing our sales.

**What do you like best about ROLLER Software?**

The system itself is easy to configure and easy to train staff members on. 

**What do you dislike about ROLLER Software?**

Feature request - if we request a particular feature, this usually takes months of development and is fairly costly. 

**Recommendations to others considering ROLLER Software:**

ROLLER is a constantly evolving platform (for the better), so be sure to have a plan in place to train your staff when small, but significant updates happen.

**What problems is ROLLER Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We moved away from EZ-Runner as a booking system for our trampoline park and ROLLER solved almost all of our problems. The main issue that was resolved was the ease of configuration on the back-end - we can easily set up products and have them for sale within minutes.

**What do you like best about ROLLER Software?**

Having never been involved in the building of a booking platform i was at first quite daunting at first but the simplistic that roller use makes it so user friendly from the development of the platform all the way to the staff point of sale. 

**What do you dislike about ROLLER Software?**

compared to other platforms i have used i can honestly say that roller beats it others in all areas 

**Recommendations to others considering ROLLER Software:**

i love it and it works perfectly for my business. and they will also go above and beyond to help in any issue that  may come up and work to fix and problem you may have. 

**What problems is ROLLER Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has given us quick and easy access to edit/change and add products without relying on the system provider to do it for us. 

we can also add promo code and offers with to run with out marketing department

**What do you like best about ROLLER Software?**

I love using Roller as our Booking Management tool. The set up and processes are easy, even for a IT dummy like myself :) If I get stuck the team are always on hand to answer the most trivial of questions and can show you how they fix it remotely too so you can fix it yourself for next time. I converse with the team on the phone and through the support system too. Both are equally good ways of effective communication.

**What do you dislike about ROLLER Software?**

Some limitation when it comes to discount mechanisms. We usually work the system a different way to try and accommodate 

**What problems is ROLLER Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Labour costs are minimal on reception as the checking in  process is really slick. We have realised the benefits of having an integrated mailing system but we are just in the process of costing the switch to Roller Mail.

I love how simple the system is to operate, not only from the back end but for our customers too. 

**What do you dislike about ROLLER Software?**

There isn't really anything I dislike about the system, any suggestions to improve the system can be sent to Roller to review which is great!

**What problems is ROLLER Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ease of booking has been the biggest thing we have noticed in our business. with just a few clicks a customer can make a booking. Having a seamless booking process if essential for us and Roller certainly provides this.

Roller soft ware have all in one place, so easy to use, because no need to purchase additional software's  
Roller in build CRM and gift card, POS, Ticketing any size companies can use it

we feel price, if the prices Roller get many other users

customer relationship management is very easy to access and easy to understanding our staffs
