Creating courses is quite intuitive even for a complete beginner. We appreciate a lot their Customer Support, they are super quick to react and are genuinely interested in solving issues. The connection with our HRIS is efficient and works properly. **What do you dislike about Rise Up?** The personnalisation settings can be further enhanced, **What problems is Rise Up solving and how is that benefiting you?** The whole workflow around registrations, attendance, cancellation, completion is completely automated. We save a lot of time on administrative repetitive tasks. Learners now have a dedicated dashboard to keep track of their progress and learnign efforts. It is easy to monitor registrations without having to go to deep into the admin board. ### 2.
