What do you like best about Ringostat?

We like working with Ringostat because they are doing everything to help increase conversion on their client's sites. They made a free callback widget for their clients. We set up a time period after which the callback is shown automatically to the visitor of our site. Now managers of our company call back to the client in few seconds. What do you like best about Ringostat?

"Ringostat allows tracking inbound leads that come through phone calls. Our goal was to know from which source of advertising the client found us. We wanted to know which advertisement is the most profitable. Ringostat has integration with Google Analytics. It allows us to synchronize information about the effectiveness of various advertising activities.

What do you like best about Ringostat?

Our main goal was to determine which advertising is effective and which is not, and to stop spending money where results aren't being seen. With Ringostat we get detailed reports to make end-to-end analytics and ability to know exactly the ROI of marketing campaigns. Thanks to blocking insertion by IP and numbers pools we receive accurate analytics. Also, APIs allow using data in a way that other platforms fell short. What do you dislike about Ringostat?

What do you like best about Ringostat?

"With Ringostat you can both set up a call center for outbound calls and track the inbound calls from your advertising campaigns.

Ringostat provides cloud PBX and SIP numbers available for rent, which means that you don’t need to connect any other service to start making calls. Moreover, there are a number of analytical reports generated by Ringostat that help supervise the work of call agents (the distribution of missed calls by day and time of the day report.) As for tracking inbound calls, Ringostat provides all the information available on the call - source, channel, campaign, keyword. What do you like best about Ringostat?

I like that reps really care about you and always ready to help. Customer Support has great knowledge, and when I experienced a complicated technical issue they resolved it really fast. - Provides dynamic calltracking for your projects

- You can track phone calls to your website, just like other interactions (track leads)

- Ringostat can show what PPC ad lead user to website and show that this user make conversion via phone call

- You can track your customer interaction with your website even if he just make a phone call

- Easy to integrate with your project using Google Tag Manager

- Also you get ready callcenter, so you can simplify work of your sales team

- Listen your calls and check out work of your sales team

- Get reports of calls and user activies during day, week, month, etc.

- May be not worth it if you have less 30 - 50 leads per day

- It's not easy to get phone numbers for call tracking for example in Germany, you will need special documentation from client to proceed

What do you like best about Ringostat?

Ringostat can save filters in many parameters. For example, to the clients' geography, by the hold time, track where conversions are coming from, distribution calls by day of the week and time and many others. We sort non-targeted calls and not take it into account in end-to-end analytics. Thus, we get better analytics multi-channel funnels reporting.

What do you like best about Ringostat?

With Ringostat, we set up a substitution of numbers by geolocation. We've increased sales in other regions of the country due to the fact that our customers see the phone numbers of their region. What do you like best about Ringostat?

Support makes all the necessary basic settings for the correct system operation. What is more, I like pretty fast and easy integration with CRM. I admire the opportunity to call back on missed calls immediately — the task is automatically created with a deadline when the call was missed. What do you like best about Ringostat?

The system offers detailed reports such as call distribution statistics, multi-channel funell, etc. By the way you can create any kind of report you need yourself.
