What do you like best about Ringostat?

Ringostat is the best service. I can easily 1) to find details about calls 2) to get reports I want. I can save the filter and I am not having to add that each time 3) to send reports by email. After each call our managers tag calls. It helps us to make qualitative analysis call reports.

And, of course, they have so friendly support Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ringostat?

What do you like best about Ringostat?

We use Ringostat to optimize our advertising budget. About 60% of requests that we receive are calls. We liked Ringostat as it has a flexible system that can be applied to many of our business needs. The main goal was to understand the revenue from launched ad campaigns so we tried Ringostat end-to-end analytics and it turned out that we've been losing many calls! Ringostat can automatically count ROI it has data and reports which makes our work routine much easier. We intergarated call-tracking with our CRM system is also useful opportunity, that made our workflow more autometed and less less labor-intensive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ringostat?

What do you like best about Ringostat?

Ringostat has changed the workflow of our company. As our business became lager we decided to install call tracking. We were recommended to work with Ringostat so we decided to try it. We started with the free trial and it was quite impressive! However, later we understood that our business is rather specific so we pick up "Enterprise" pricing. It was 2 years ago but we are still happy with it. We use combined call tracking as we have both online and offline advertisements (billboards). One more great thing for us is the "Callback" button with callback form. The coolest here is that the button can change the size and color. It was quite important for us as our website is colorful so we wanted the button to match it. Ringostat Smart Phone is also a great feature for our sales reps. It increased our customers' loyalty a lot! But the thing here is that due to Ringostat Smart Phone we know the website pages that are mostly visited by our customers. What do you dislike about Ringostat?

What do you like best about Ringostat?

We installed call tracking as we wanted to understand the number of calls to the company, track their sources, as well as understand the work of each channel. Ringostat gave us all the needed data but we received even more than we expected. Thus, we implemented the "Call me" button and hid the substituted numbers so now only interested in our product customers are calling us. Due to Ringostat our marketing department became more aware of the work of ad campaigns. Now they are able to change our marketing strategies based on reports provided by Ringostat. What do you like best about Ringostat?

We use dynamic call tracking. Our main goal was to stop spending money where the results are not being seen. Ringostat has an excellent call log. We see the keywords in the interface, that users follow. We also analyze call records and conversation. It's important to know what customers say when they come from our marketing campaign. Then we compare the result. It is easy for us to determine why people come from advertising but don't move along the sales funnel. So based on the data, we understand what is wrong with the advertising message or sales managers. And we change it. Ringostat helps us make the right decision. What do you like best about Ringostat?

Ringostat Smart Phone is a great solution for calls in Google Chrome. Everything is intuitive and as easy like calling from a smartphone. In order to call, our managers just need to open the site and click on the phone number. If the phone is not clickable it is also easy to call by two clicks. There are different types of call transfer. Now in our company, there is a rule it uses soft call transfer. When transferring a call to a colleague, they must make sure that he is there and ready to answer. Also, our managers can pause a call during a call. What do you like best about Ringostat?

Great quality. Good IVR settings. We lose new calls to our company because managers phones are busy. We decided to use an interactive line. If all managers are busy, you can hear a voice message asking you to wait a few minutes. We changed the standard beeps with music. What do you dislike about Ringostat?

What do you like best about Ringostat?

The best thing for us about using Ringostat is phone number substitution by geolocation and have the opportunity to manage phone number allocation in pools. We use the phone numbers in client's areas to make it seem like we are local to them. We always know how many actual numbers from the pool are used. And we can, in the case of reduced attendance, turn off unnecessary ones, or respond promptly to a shortage. The ability to fix the cancellation of the substitution by the list of IP addresses is a special opportunity Ringostat, which we use. What do you dislike about Ringostat?

What do you like best about Ringostat?

Our goal was to determine where we get leads from across our marketing channels.

I can easily get data, send it to Google Analytics and monitor what marketing campaigns are giving the best ROI. For me it's very important to track every call action.
