**What do you like best about Rich Returns?**

I like that Rich Returns is user-friendly for most people, which saves me from having to initiate mass returns and exchanges manually. The instant customer support is nice to have in case there are issues, and I'm grateful that all information is sent to the customer. The initial setup was simple and easy, with Andrej being very helpful in the beginning.

**What do you dislike about Rich Returns?**

Some of the customer support has not been the greatest since Andrej left, but since connecting with Khalil, I am on the right track. I was having some issues and the support was unable to help with a resolution.

**What problems is Rich Returns solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Rich Returns to automate returns/exchanges, which saves me from manual processing. It simplifies organizing on a larger scale due to company growth and is user-friendly, with nice instant support. Information shared with customers is also useful.

Returns fast an easy, but difficult to use as company

brand friendliness is not on top. It is just an easy way to develop a return platform.

- great support by the founder, literally reset a setting for me within a couple of minutes
- clean user interface
- shopify integration works
- pricing scales with growth

**What do you dislike about Rich Returns?**

hope they'll integrate shipping labels soon. But as far as I understood it is already on the roadmap.

Automating customer returns in an e-commerce store. Saving resources on support employees.
