"Effortless Returns Management with Excellent Support"
What do you like best about Rich Returns?

I like that Rich Returns is user-friendly for most people, which saves me from having to initiate mass returns and exchanges manually. The instant customer support is nice to have in case there are issues, and I'm grateful that all information is sent to the customer. The initial setup was simple and easy, with Andrej being very helpful in the beginning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rich Returns?

Some of the customer support has not been the greatest since Andrej left, but since connecting with Khalil, I am on the right track. I was having some issues and the support was unable to help with a resolution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
