I like that Rich Returns is user-friendly for most people, which saves me from having to initiate mass returns and exchanges manually. The instant customer support is nice to have in case there are issues, and I'm grateful that all information is sent to the customer. Some of the customer support has not been the greatest since Andrej left, but since connecting with Khalil, I am on the right track. I was having some issues and the support was unable to help with a resolution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
