It is intuitive and easy to use, helps tracking all reasons of a return and a refund within an e-Commerce platform

**What problems is Swap Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helpful to have clearer tracking of why items are being returned and which items have been returned. I also like the  customisable text on the buttons for return reasons, and the ability to review and adjust the wording used on the platform.

**What do you like best about Swap Commerce?**

We switched over to SWAP returns over a year ago and the user experience is greatly improved and we have been able to retain so much more money in the business through the exchange or shop now features. We then installed Swap Global for cross boarder order fulfilment and have seen our international sales increase by over 100% since making the change from Global-E. 

The user interface is super intuitive and if we do have any issues then SWAP's customer support is always on hand to assist. 

Since setting up (which was straight forward and handled by the team) we very rarely need to make changes which is nice that it is so light touch for us.

**What do you dislike about Swap Commerce?**

Our experience has been great and don't really have any dislikes with the platform.

**What problems is Swap Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

From a cross boarder fulfilment solution this is much more transparent for the customer and allows them to see what the product costs are and what are additional duties and taxes.

**What do you like best about Swap Commerce?**

I really like that Swap Commerce has a sleek look and is very user-friendly, which takes a lot of work off our hands. It's efficient too. I also love the shop later credit feature, which allows customers to get store credit rather than a refund, saving the business money.

**What do you dislike about Swap Commerce?**

If customers return exchanges, the refunds don't get automatically refunded, as it places a second order at £0, which means you have to keep an eye on them to refund the original order. I think this needs to be fixed.

**What problems is Swap Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Swap Commerce is user-friendly and reduces workload. I love the shop later credit, which helps save money by allowing store credit instead of refunds.

We’ve been so impressed with this returns portal. The setup was straightforward, and our customers now find the returns process smooth and stress-free. The system is easy to navigate, saves our team a huge amount of time, and gives us clear visibility over returns. Their support team has also been fantastic – quick to respond and always helpful. It’s made a big difference to our operations and customer satisfaction.

There are occasional issues with label creation, but other than that we have not experienced a downside.

Swap has streamlined our returns process by taking away the manual work and confusion that often came with handling returns. Customers can now manage their returns quickly and easily through the portal, which has improved their experience and reduced the number of support queries we receive. Swap Commerce has transformed how we handle our returns and global product operations. Their Returns Product has streamlined our process, making it effortless for customers to initiate returns while giving us clear visibility and control. This has significantly improved our customer experience and reduced manual workload.

**What do you dislike about Swap Commerce?**

While Swap Commerce provides an excellent solution, it does feel like they are still playing catch-up with Shopify’s native ‘Markets’ functionality. Multi-currency handling within a single Shopify store could be smoother, and tighter alignment with Shopify’s evolving international features would make the platform even more powerful.

The Global Product functionality is impressive, enabling us to manage products across multiple regions with consistency and ease. A key benefit is the ability to dynamically switch between a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) experience or showing duties and taxes at checkout, meaning we no longer have to manually react to tariff fluctuations or international trade uncertainty. This flexibility has been invaluable in streamlining our cross-border operations while maintaining a smooth, on-brand customer experience.

**What do you like best about Swap Commerce?**

Swap Commerce has provided us with a seamless way to offer returns and exchanges that elevate the post-purchase experience for our customers. We’ve found the platform to be easy to use and integrate with our existing systems. It’s allowed us to increase retention by offering  more flexible exchange options that reduce refund rates and drive brand loyalty. Their support team has also been responsive and helpful throughout the setup and optimisation phases.

**What do you dislike about Swap Commerce?**

There’s little to fault with the platform, but we are looking forward to seeing what future updates bring to the platform and how these can be utilised by our brand. We would like to see different website hosted on the same portal for ease of use by our small team.

**What problems is Swap Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Swap Commerce, we didn’t have a dedicated returns portal, which made managing returns a fragmented and manual process. Customers had no easy way to track their return status, and our team had limited visibility over the volume, reasons, and progress of incoming returns.

Since implementing Swap, we now have a centralised system that gives us full visibility over return tracking, status updates, and customer communication - all in one place. This has significantly improved the efficiency of our internal processes and elevated the customer experience by making returns quicker, easier, and more transparent.

Most importantly, the portal is easy and intuitive for customers to use, giving them a seamless experience and helping to build trust and satisfaction with the brand.

**What do you like best about Swap Commerce?**

Swap has made a real difference to how we manage returns at MANORS. The portal is easy for our customers to use, which has reduced the number of support tickets we receive. It has also given us much better visibility of returns data, which helps us make decisions on product quality and customer experience. The automation has saved our team time and improved the overall process for customers.

**What do you dislike about Swap Commerce?**

The only challenge is that there can still be the occasional manual step when dealing with more complex cases, such as exchanges involving multiple items. It would be great if those situations were as seamless as the standard returns. That said, the team at Swap are always quick to support us and open to feedback on how to improve.

Before Swap, managing returns was time-consuming and created a lot of manual work for our team. Customers also found the process confusing, which meant more support tickets and slower resolutions. One of the standout aspects of working with Swap Commerce has been the high level of support and communication we've received throughout the process. Our account manager, Ellie, has been especially fantastic! consistently helpful, approachable, and quick to respond. She’s not only made collaboration easy but has also ensured that our needs are clearly understood and met. There’s very little to fault, our experience has been overwhelmingly positive.

Swap Commerce is helping us simplify and streamline our returns and shipping process, which has had a big impact on both our internal operations and customer satisfaction. Working with the Swap team has been a game changer. The team are dynamic and super helpful in guidance and suggestion on strategy as well as delivering a well polished returns solution.

Swap Global has allowed us to ship internationally and remove the logistical and Operational headaches, a true 'set & forget' system.

They are the new kids on the block and they are delivering some really useful tools that actually solve issues in our vertical.

Least helpful thing about Swap? I don't think there is anything!

Working with Swap has given us access to people that have worked brand side and now work for Swap. They understand what we are trying to do as a business and are able to help and consult from both a brand side POV as well as Swap.

The team is helping us polish the international side of our business, consulting on everything from paid delivery thresholds to walking us through Shopify Flows.

The customer facing portal is excellent and very customisable.
Their return carrier rates are amazing!
They're continually innovating and adding value, the return rules were an excellent addition, as well as the options for retaining revenue and keeping your customer.
Overall saved our company a lot of money and time.
Helpful and friendly account managers too.

There are occasional issues with label creation, but other than that i've not experienced a downside.

**What problems is Swap Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SWAP saved us time with its self-service returns portal, allowing most customers to completely bypass customer service.
The reduced our return costs with their great carrier rates.
The added value to our customers by providing multiple returns providers such as Royal Mail, Inpost and DPD.
Time to refund was also reduced massively by using their automation and integration with Shopify.
And we've retained a lot of revenue by using their exchange and pay later options.

Swap have been nothing short of superb, with seamless onboarding and implementation, support and strategy. The ease of use internally and excellent UX has allowed the product to sit proudly in our tech stack.

In the US, you cannot offer exchanges for a different product other than one already purchased.

**What problems is Swap Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Swap provides a solution for customers to return, exchange or receive credit for items. This is integrated perfectly and works very well for our business, helping to retain revenue in credit notes for unwanted items.

The ability to retain revenue through credit or exchanges and see this broken down in reporting is massive for us.

**What do you dislike about Swap Commerce?**

This is a positive and a negative. They are great at releasing new products but sometimes there are features within their core product (returns) that need updated or improved but the focus is generally on new products however V2 has fixed a lot of those issues.

**What problems is Swap Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Swap solves our high rate of returns and allows us to try and retain as much of that revenue as we can. We also use them for our cross border sales which makes it much easier for us not having to get bogged down with the admin side of things and making it smooth for the customer.

Swap has made our returns process so much easier. The portal is simple for customers to use and has cut down on support tickets, saving our team a lot of time.

For international orders, being able to show duties at checkout or offer DDP has been a huge help. It makes things smoother for customers and protects our margins. Also, not having to think about tax compliance for all cross-border sales, gives us significantly more time to focus on other aspects of the business

The support team is excellent — quick, approachable, and always willing to help. Overall, Swap has saved us time, reduced stress for customers, and made global shipping much easier. 

Moreover, this is an innovation-driven company, growing rapidly and consistently launching new services and products.

**What do you dislike about Swap Commerce?**

As the company is growing quickly and launching new features at a rapid pace, there can occasionally be small technical issues in the beginning. However, these are usually resolved very quickly thanks to their responsive and supportive customer service team.

Swap Commerce has solved major challenges around returns management and international shipping. The returns portal makes it easy for customers to process exchanges, which helps us retain revenue instead of losing sales. On the cross-border side, the ability to show duties and taxes at checkout or offer DDP has reduced customer confusion and improved the overall shopping experience.

**What do you like best about Swap Commerce?**

The team are fantastic, knowledgable, and always quick to reply to any questions. They really stay on top of everything, and their portal has made it so much easier to access business analytics.
The returns side has saved us so much time and money, but is still wonderfully simple for customers to use.
The integration and implementation for both the cross-border solution and the returns portal was so easy and quick, and we love that nothing is blocked off/ hidden from us, as we experienced with other providers before.

**What do you dislike about Swap Commerce?**

I can't fault the platform, so looking forward to seeing what future updates bring and how we can best utilise them. 
I think the multi-currency solution could be better, but I think this is more of a Shopify limitation at the moment than a Swap one.

**What problems is Swap Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Their knowledge and advice around international pricing coefficients and taxes and duties has been extremely useful and allowed us to better align ourselves in the market, as well as ensuring that there are no surprise charges for customers when the package reaches customs. 

They are always prepared ahead of time for international changes and challenges and it's great to know we can rely on them.

Swap Commerce has simplified our returns process and allowed us to collect duties and taxes at checkout perfectly. The portals are great and it integrates seamlessly with Shopify. The team are responsive and supportive, they listen to feedback and implement changes quickly.

**What do you dislike about Swap Commerce?**

As Swap offer such a wide range of services and are so flexible, invoicing can be a little complicated to review - a live dashboard for running monthly costs with further pricing breakdown would be a game changer.

Swap allows us to offer a seamless returns portal, flexible ways to collect and claim back duties and taxes - even offering solutions to rising import costs.

The team are very flexible and are open to creating new APIs to make sure that SWAP will implement with your current tech stack. Most other companies I have spoken to will charge Thousands to create additional APIs.

The pipeline is constantly full and updating with new releases and improvements.

Platform is easy to use for the customer and provides seamless exchanges encouraging revenue retention.

Customer service is actually very good however, you have to get through an AI Chat Bot before speaking to an agent.

Swap has been great from day one. The team is responsive, open to feedback, and quick to accommodate our needs. Our account manager has been fantastic: proactive, helpful, and always available when we need support. It’s also really easy to escalate things if anything urgent comes up, which gives us peace of mind.

**What do you dislike about Swap Commerce?**

Nothing major! Occasionally new features take a bit of testing to get right, but the Swap team is quick to jump in and resolve things.

Swap is helping us reduce refund rates by making it easier for customers to exchange instead of return.

**What do you like best about Swap Commerce?**

The swap platform works great. We use is specifically for returns. The returns platform is affordable but feature rich. Specifically for us it allowed us to give customers multiple shipping options as well as a great analytics platform.
Because swap is also a global platform, the team there are incredibly knowledgeable about all things ecommerce.
Integration was easy, adding new carriers is simple, and the number of carriers they integrate with is vast. We've not found one that isn't an easy plug in and play.

**What do you dislike about Swap Commerce?**

The only thing I dislike is the AI chatbot for issues. While it can solve most issues, it's quite difficult to escalate to a human.

It's our global returns platform, it manages all customer returns, freight and duties.

Swap have helped us to provide cheaper global returns to our customer Base, leading to happier customer and less negative reviews relating to returns

There have been some teething issues, mostly affecting our custome service team and resolution times. This negatively impacted our reviews in our busy period. We are very hopeful that the roll out of V2 resolves any outstanding problems

They have made returns from the US more affordable for out customers. They provide a user friendly interface for our customers. They have a powerful analytics tab that helps us to make improvements and adjust processes.

**What do you like best about Swap Commerce?**

Swap is an amazing platform that has really transformed and improved the return experience for our customers.

The customer return portal is incredibly user-friendly with a clean, simple design that’s easy to navigate. It's also easily customisable to fit your brand.

The dashboard is really easy to get the hang of, making it simple to monitor and process returns. As a data-driven brand, we also love the insights it provides, from return reasons to retained revenue.

The team at Swap are fantastic, from the onboarding process all the way through to post-launch support. A special shout-out to our account manager, Ellie and the tech team for always being on hand to help!

Another thing we love is that Swap are always looking to improve and develop the service. They actively seek feedback and implement changes, which shows their commitment to enhancing the platform.

Nothing so far! Everything has been great.

**What problems is Swap Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before, we didn’t offer an exchange service and would often receive customer requests for it. It wasn’t something we could manage at the time but now with Swap, it’s so simple and easy to handle. Also, customers can now choose to return items for store credit, giving them three return options instead of just one.

The data Swap provides has also been a huge asset to us. It helps us track product performance and if something has a high return rate, we can look into the reasons why and make improvements moving forward.

**What do you like best about Swap Commerce?**

Swap is great for handling customer returns, exchanges, refunds and even helps retain revenue through store credit. It helps act as an extension of our returns team and is a key part of the customer journey with CAPO!

**What do you dislike about Swap Commerce?**

The only thing to change at the moment is the speed in which reporting loads. There is a version 2 out which we are migrating over too very soon which should help with this issue.

It is allowing customers to control their return and also acts as a way to help upsell with exchanging unwanted products for something else

It's a user friendly platform with courier rates built in which can be helpful when you don't have excellent return rates on your own.

Split payments can be tricky but swap are very helpful for any custom processes you need.

Swap is a game-changer for any e-commerce business aiming to improve its returns process... for both customers and staff. The development and account management teams are incredibly helpful and always try to resolve issues quickly.

The system can sometimes be a little challenging for the less tech-savvy customer to use!

Swap Commerce enables quick and automatic processing of customer returns, which considerably improves the CX. The reporting output from Swap is intelligent and useful. The functionality improves all the time, enhancing the customer and retailer experience. For example, the ability to 'up-sell' an exchange to a higher value item and collect payment.

Swap Commerce has made it easy for us to offer returns and exchanges that genuinely enhance the post-purchase experience for our customers. The platform is straightforward to use. It’s helped us improve retention by making exchanges more flexible. Their support team has also been incredibly responsive and helpful whenever we need their guidance.

SWAP are currently working on transferring us over to SWAP 2, where our current requests will be resolved.

What I found to be Swaps' strongest area is the automation and ease of use. Since making the switch to Swap, the time we spend processing returns has dropped considerably.

My only criticism/pain point would be that I have to log in repeatedly throughout the day.

**What do you like best about Swap Commerce?**

Swap enabled us to improve our Returns Management system which in return, made returns for our customers far easier and more streamlined. We have had great feedback since using Swap on this front. The reporting functions on the Swap dashboard have also made understanding our customers return habits and reasoning easier to understand and report to the wider business on as well. 
The team are extremely helpful and responsive when there has been queries. They are friendly and approachable, and made set up really straight forward and easy to understand. 
We have just implemented Swap Package Protection too, again something that was easy to set up with support from the Swap team and we are looking forward to reviewing feedback and this system in the weeks to come.

**What do you dislike about Swap Commerce?**

There are none as yet and we are seeing good results.

**What problems is Swap Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were receiving poor feedback on our returns system and ease of use that urgently needed addressing. Since implementing Swap, we have had fantastic feedback from our customers and we now have a better reporting function on our returns system which has allowed us to gain better insights into our customers return habits, and where products may need improving.

The SWAP team have always been really responsive. They've listened to our queries, taken them to their board and have added features that we've requested! The offering from SWAP gets better every month. It's affordable for the business, extremely user friendly, and can save your business significant amounts of money.

That I can't search for orders by someone's name jsut by their order number.

It's solving the high-costs of shipping which we faced as a small business. It makes our whole returns process  a user-friendly experience and allows customers to now make exchanges.
