What do you like best about RevSend?

As the Director of Partnerships and Sponsorships for a youth baseball academy, my primary responsibility is building and nurturing relationships with sponsors and community partners. RevSend has truly transformed the way we handle both cold outreach to potential sponsors and the retention of our existing sponsors. It has also proven to be extremely helpful in developing partnerships with local little leagues, sports organizations, and schools.

What impresses me most is how RevSend enables us to make a memorable impression during cold outreach. Sending a thoughtful gift accompanied by a personalized note, either before or after an initial meeting, has made a significant impact in encouraging potential sponsors to take us seriously and continue the conversation. After sponsors join us, RevSend simplifies the process of maintaining those relationships through appreciation gifts, milestone acknowledgments, and regular touchpoints that ensure we remain top-of-mind. When it comes to community partnerships with leagues and schools, RevSend helps us foster trust and build lasting, collaborative relationships. The handwritten notes and high-quality presentation are especially important when seeking support from businesses and organizations for youth sports. With RevSend managing all the sourcing, packaging, and shipping, I am able to dedicate more time to relationship strategy and partnership growth. What do you like best about RevSend?

I used Revsend to send gift cards to customers of the business I worked for and had a great experience. The platform is easy to use and the customer service is exceptional. I worked with Jon and if I ever had a question or concern, he was very timely with his response and solved my problem fully. I asked if they had functionality to add links to the gift card emails sent through Revsend and in a week, they had implemented the new feature! I highly recommend Revsend!
