**What do you like best about RevSend?**

As the owner of a pool cleaning and construction company, I know that maintaining referrals is absolutely crucial in my line of work. Winning construction projects depends on being reliable and trustworthy, while cleaning jobs require clients to welcome us into their backyards week after week. Every construction job also needs to be completed properly and up to code. RevSend has truly transformed the way we manage our client and referral relationships. With RevSend, I can send highly personalized gifts from any vendor—whether it's Amazon, Etsy, or even small, lesser-known websites. As long as the site has a shopping cart, I can use it to send a gift. Beyond just making personalized gifting easy, RevSend automates the process so gifts are sent at just the right time, and it integrates seamlessly with my CRM, allowing me to send gifts to the right people effortlessly.

What impresses me most, though, is that every single gift comes with a personalized handwritten note, along with pristine packaging and punctual shipping. With RevSend, relationship building and maintaining is easy. A absolutely critical part of my business has been made so much simpler. It must be noticed that the customer support is second to none, their team is honest, personable, and insanely quick to respond.

**What do you dislike about RevSend?**

There is little to dislike, maybe they could add a bigger selection of construction related gifts, but with the ability to source a gift from any website this problem is essentially solved.

**What problems is RevSend solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before RevSend, gifting was inconsistent and time consuming. I rarely remembered to actually send gifts, it was always just a thought I never executed on. Now I can send gifts to anyone at anytime with ease. Following up with customers post job is absolutely crucial for maintaining referrals through thought-full follow ups. No shopping, shipping, or coordination necessary. My clients feel genuinely appreciated. The gifting process also represents the quality and consideration of our brand. The result has been stronger customer loyalty, more repeat business for maintenance and upgrades,  and measurable referral growth.

months or even years. RevSend has become a really important tool for reinforcing those
connections in a way that feels intentional and professional.
What really stands out is how RevSend lets us send highly personalized, premium gifts without
turning it into a logistical nightmare. We use it for key moments like successful placements,
interview milestones, signed offers, referrals, and just maintaining long-term client relationships.
At the executive level, the handwritten notes and presentation quality actually matter. People
notice the details and whether something feels authentic. RevSend handles all the sourcing,
fulfillment, and shipping seamlessly, so we can stay focused on candidate quality and client
strategy instead of tracking down gifts. The CRM integration is super valuable too because it

client teams. What really stands out is being able to send highly personalized, premium gifts

RevSend has truly transformed the way we handle both cold outreach to potential sponsors and the retention of our existing sponsors. It has also proven to be extremely helpful in developing partnerships with local little leagues, sports organizations, and schools.

What impresses me most is how RevSend enables us to make a memorable impression during cold outreach. Sending a thoughtful gift accompanied by a personalized note, either before or after an initial meeting, has made a significant impact in encouraging potential sponsors to take us seriously and continue the conversation. RevSend made the whole process so simple. I just received a package through their service, and it was super easy to use. The software is very clear and user-friendly, and I didn’t need to figure anything out—it just worked. It’s a great, simple option compared to other platforms I’ve used, and the customer support was also helpful and quick to respond.

**What do you like best about RevSend?**

As a recruiter at AWS, I’m constantly looking for ways to stand out in a candidate’s inbox. RevSend gives me a fast, polished way to capture candidates attention by providing personalized gifts for them. It saves me time and makes my outreach more compelling.

The biggest upside is candidate engagement. Instead of sending long emails or attachments, I can deliver a beautiful, personalized gifts that candidates actually respond to. It feels like I’m offering them a curated experience, not just another message.

RevSend also helps with internal consistency. Whether I’m sourcing for tech roles or niche positions, I can templatize and reuse effective content without reinventing the wheel every time.

**What do you dislike about RevSend?**

Not much! Getting into the habit of sending personalized gifts instead of generic messaging can be tough, but the onboarding team at RevSend helped me make the transition!

One of my biggest challenges is getting top candidates to actually engage with outreach. RevSend helps me break through the noise. Instead of sending a generic template email or a bunch of links, I can capture their attention with a personalized gift or gift card.

It also saves me a ton of time. I can reuse templates and personalize them quickly, which means I’m moving faster without sacrificing quality. I used Revsend to send gift cards to customers of the business I worked for and had a great experience. The platform is easy to use and the customer service is exceptional. I worked with Jon and if I ever had a question or concern, he was very timely with his response and solved my problem fully. I asked if they had functionality to add links to the gift card emails sent through Revsend and in a week, they had implemented the new feature! I highly recommend Revsend!

Not many downsides. When doing a bulk upload, you have to format emails all in lowercase and without spaces. Other than that, it's been great!

We wanted to provide gift card offers for our new customers without having to manually mail them a gift card each time. With Revsend, we've been able to email gift cards to customers and they have appreciated it!

RevSend gave us the most streamlined experience, best pricing, and the most customizable platform of the other options that we tested (Sendoso, Reachdesk and Postal)

It seems that they have a smaller team than their competitors - but at the same time, they've given us a much more custom and consistent experience. So it's worth it to go with the smaller company in this scenario

It has allowed our SDR reps to engage prospects to get new meetings with small gift/incentives, our sales reps to celebrate new deals with personalized gifts, and our CS tam to continually show appreciation to champions and loyal clients

I use revsend to offer potential clients lunch for taking a call with me. It's nice to be able to smooth that over and they seem to appreciate it. I've also used it for internal gifting like birthdays for employees.

**What do you dislike about RevSend?**

They refreshed their UI and that took a few minutes to figure out again.

**What problems is RevSend solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RevSend primarily solves the problem of no-shows. Often times clients will book a call and then no-show, but with RevSend gifting that rate has really gone down. Very good trends there.

I like that it only takes a few clicks to accomplish what you need to.  In a environment where web-based software can become bloated its refreshing to use a solution that you can get in handle your task, have the reporting you need, integration with Salesforce and move on.  Takes no time to learn and I love being able to see the influence on business opportunities quantified.

I would like a larger blog or insight on the space to have more creative ideas on usage and success stories for repeatability.

**What problems is RevSend solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With RevSend we needed a solution to stand out in a crowded space.  Our team is bringing to market and evangelizing a platform in a unique and new way and our outreach needed to reflect that too.  We have realized quite a few benefits.  We've been able to get responses from contacts that have gone dark, we've gained champions within our deals because of the connections we've made through gifting and we've even used it internally as a super easy way to setup and deliver on fun sales contests.
