**What do you like best about RevPartners?**

They took the time to try to understand our business and our needs. It didn't feel like they were rushing this part of the process.

**What do you dislike about RevPartners?**

What they implemented was extremely complex, and they left us with no explanation. Three years later, we’re still deleting things they created because it caused more mess than anything else. It feels like they overcomplicated some pretty simple processes.

**Recommendations to others considering RevPartners:**

Be very clear on your needs. Be humble in terms of customization, probably your organization doesn't need so much complex things.

**What problems is RevPartners solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RevPartners helped us configuration our CRM Hubspot when we did a company pivot and went from an internal back-office system to a standardized outsourced solution to manage our Customer Relationships.
