**What do you like best about RevLifter?**

Great design team and very helpful account management, they were quick to turn things around and very responsive. The product does also work, our conversion rate improved.

**What do you dislike about RevLifter?**

Currently you lack any ability to see the campaigns in an interface or control the triggers yourself - you have to relay the information to them and hope they get it right. Similar companies have a SaaS solution or offer a dashboard at least. The frequency triggers are also very inflexible.

**Recommendations to others considering RevLifter:**

They did advise they were hoping to launch a user interface and direct CRM integration when we left them, so ask where they are with that process!

**What problems is RevLifter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used this purely as a basket abandonment and email sign up product - our conversion rate improved and our sign-ups increased so it worked in that respect.
