**What do you like best about RevBlack?**

RevBlack's biggest strength was meeting us where we were. We were integrating multiple acquisitions at once. They didn't just hand us a playbook, they helped us stand up the lead and follow-up processes we needed to operate at the pace we were growing

**What do you dislike about RevBlack?**

We had one small bump in the road when the first team assigned to us wasn't quite the right fit for our needs. That said, when I raised it with their CEO, he made the change immediately, and the new team was exactly what we needed. So even my one criticism comes with a silver lining: they take feedback seriously and act on it fast

**Recommendations to others considering RevBlack:**

My advice is to lean into the partnership. RevBlack does their best work when you're open about what you need and where your gaps are. They're great at building structure in complex, fast-moving environments, so come ready to share context about your business. And if anything ever feels off, raise it.  They are quick to respond and genuinely want to get it right

**What problems is RevBlack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The RevBlack team was instrumental in helping us establish our RevOps process during a period of rapid growth and acquisition. Integrating multiple companies created a lot of complexity, and they brought clarity and repeatability to how we managed our revenue teams, leads and structured our follow-up. They're a great partner if you're building RevOps from the ground up or are looking to revamp existing revops processes to scale for growth.

**What do you like best about RevBlack?**

I really like how RevBlack helps streamline workflows between HubSpot and Salesforce, providing more accurate reporting and tracking. They have been crucial in ensuring these tools communicate effectively, which supports the scaling of our business. Their team is personable, clear, and knowledgeable, making them easy to work with and demonstrating a high level of expertise. They have done significant work on our Salesforce reporting and helped set up HubSpot in a way I can effectively navigate and use, ensuring leads are properly managed. Their communication and expectation-setting are excellent, with thorough and responsive service. I appreciate their expertise in technology, particularly with HubSpot and Salesforce. RevBlack is clear and upfront about what they can help you achieve and they always deliver, giving me a partner I can trust.

My advice to anyone looking for a consultant to highly consider RevBlack, they are worth every penny, have fast and quick communication and will not steer you wrong!

I have been working with RevBlack for just over a year now and their expertise helping develop our Salesforce processes and recently a new AI agent has been so rewarding.
