
I really appreciate Rev.io's strong customer support team. They're quick to assist us with issues that we can't resolve ourselves. Also, the user interface is very easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's small things. Basically, in the voice world, we deal with very small numbers (i.e. the cost per minute which sometimes goes into four and five decimal points) but Rev.io only supports two decimal points, which makes creating proposals a little difficult. It also makes the displaying of product costs in the portal (customer view) a bit misleading. When you've got four decimal cost on SIP minutes and it rounds up to two decimal points, the customers always question this. As far as the billing system itself goes, when setting up usage plans, that can be a little difficult too because the subcomponents are sometimes difficult to locate and incorporate into the bigger usage plan groups.
