  ### 1. Efficient Billing and Support with Minor Precision Issues

**What do you like best about Rev.io?**

I really appreciate Rev.io's strong customer support team. They're quick to assist us with issues that we can't resolve ourselves. Also, the user interface is very easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Rev.io?**

It's small things. Basically, in the voice world, we deal with very small numbers (i.e. the cost per minute which sometimes goes into four and five decimal points) but Rev.io only supports two decimal points, which makes creating proposals a little difficult.  It also makes the displaying of product costs in the portal (customer view) a bit misleading. When you've got four decimal cost on SIP minutes and it rounds up to two decimal points, the customers always question this. As far as the billing system itself goes, when setting up usage plans, that can be a little difficult too because the subcomponents are sometimes difficult to locate and incorporate into the bigger usage plan groups.

**What problems is Rev.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rev.io helps us track our usage, telephone numbers, and SMS messages and taxation accurately. The categorization of customers and their inventory makes it easier to review, sort, and extrapolate data for reporting purposes.

**What do you like best about Rev.io?**

What I value most about the REVIO platform is its ease of use and scalability. It provides a centralized view that seamlessly connects billing with operational updates, all accessible through a single online portal. This unified approach not only enhances visibility for our clients but also improves efficiency for our internal support teams.

**What do you dislike about Rev.io?**

One challenge we’ve encountered with the REVIO platform is the limited flexibility around integrations with customer systems via API, particularly when working with enterprise clients. Greater adaptability on the REVIO side to integrate with a wider range of ITSM platforms would significantly enhance its appeal and make it a more compelling solution for our customers.

**What problems is Rev.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

REVIO allows our teams to access all critical information in one place, from billing to operational support. It removes the need to switch back and forth between multiple systems or maintain separate platforms to accomplish the same tasks, which has noticeably improved efficiency and made our workflows more consistent.

Some of the staff were willing to go above and beyond to compensate for managements mistakes.

**What do you dislike about Rev.io?**

If you're considering using Rev.io for your billing needs, think twice. My experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare. Despite charging us hundreds of thousands of dollars during our business relationship, their real colors showed once our contract ended. The billing practices we encountered were not only exorbitant but also shockingly disproportionate to the services provided.

To make matters worse, after ending our relationship, Rev.io handed us over to Tucker Albin and Associates, a collections agency with a notorious reputation, which you can verify through a simple Google search. This firm’s approach to collections is aggressive and crosses lines that should never be crossed, reflecting poorly on Rev.io for choosing such an associate.

I strongly advise anyone considering Rev.io to reconsider. Their unethical practices extend from billing to how they handle their collections. There are many other service providers out there who offer ethical billing practices and respect the law and their clients. Choose wisely and avoid the unnecessary stress and potential harm to your business's reputation.

It was a basic subscription billing tool that incorporated SureTax api for accurate taxation.

  ### 4. Efficient billing software for VoIP complexities

**What do you like best about Rev.io?**

The Rev.io team that helps you set up your account is terrific.  They are incredibly set on their timeline, so make sure you have someone dedicated to working on getting everything right for your customer upload (if that's where you are starting).  It's a daunting process, but they will go out of their way to help you if you ask for exactly what you need.
Once you have your accounts ready, you can set it and forget it when it comes to the CDRs.  They download every night automatically, and the software breaks it down to the correct customer and rate.  I'm sure there are network people behind the scenes making sure that happens, but I don't see it.
Finally, reports.  Rev.io doesn't do canned reports very well.  However, their reports team is eager to help make any report you can think up.  I'm pretty good at making my own, but I can't seem to get the tables to talk to each other.  So I use their team to do the report making.  They are quick and accurate.

**What do you dislike about Rev.io?**

Their reports are awkwardly structured and difficult to change up.  I am used to editing things a little bit every time I use them.  It isn't that simple here. See the above note about their reports team for the work-around.  It takes a few days, but you get what you want.
If you are new to VoIP, be prepared to learn a lot in a little time while setting up your account.  Rev assumes that you understand what you are doing, so it is not as user-friendly at first.  I could not understand the nuances of setting up minutes, free minutes, toll-free numbers, number packages, etc.  So, make sure you have an expert on your side to explain as you go through the process.  Be aware that your expert will take one look at the setup and back away quickly, so rope him in and tell him that you will do the hard part of entering; they have to explain the activity.

**Recommendations to others considering Rev.io:**

Don't be afraid to reach out to the Rev.io support team - they are amazing.  Pay for the additional support.  It is worth it.  And if you like those types of things - they have a great sandbox to test out your API!!!

**What problems is Rev.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Monthly subscription billing isn't something that most software is set up to do.  Now add in the CDR changes that happen to each customer and you have a lot of accounting hours billed for less gain than you would think.  Now, we can recoup those lost billings without having to pay for an extra accountant.
Update:  our customers who were not used to paying for their long-distance still don't want to pay for it.  So we have had to go back and look at each contract to see if we addressed the issue at all and abide by whatever was said.  Our legal team then had to decide what happens when nothing was said.  So the benefit came with a bit of a backlash and a good if expensive lesson about how to write future contracts!

1. Rev.io makes it possible for Atlantech to manage thousands of customers and bring new and cutting edge services to market fast.
2.  The ability to integrate our MS PowerBI intelligence engine allows easy dashboard access to billing, payments and customer data to ensure success of the business.
3.  Rev.io's customer care is amazing.  They are responsive and thorough.

We made the right decision to move to Rev.io.

Literally nothing.  This is a huge improvement over the previous system.

We are able to add new products and services with ease.  Our ability to monitor the system is outstanding.

I like the ability to export the product catalog so that I can create a quote tool using excel.

**What do you dislike about Rev.io?**

I don't like how difficult it is to see my tasks and my tickets.  They are on different pages and too much sorting is involved to just see my tickets.

**What problems is Rev.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were trying to have a billing system that incorporated a billing center for our customers and a ticketing system.  We realized that it also helped with our inventory.

**What do you like best about Rev.io?**

1. The ability to bill complex products and detailed usage on our account and set a foundation  for Growth

2. Customer service is exceptional.  I always feel like they are not just a vendor but a stakeholder in our organization.  Their team views my company issues as their issues and they are consistently going well beyond normal efforts to fix our issues

3. Rev.io listens.  If you have a suggestion their team will try to make those improvements or make the effort to show you alternatives that can work for your organization and if you've got a great idea....they will take it and work to standardize and bring to their environment.

**What do you dislike about Rev.io?**

Nothing - I cannot imagine finding a vendor that offers a full suite of telecom billing services with the service levels we have experienced.

**What problems is Rev.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving the issues of accurate billing for our customers and visibility into our billing, payment and installation metrics.  We've been able to work not only in rev.io but our our larger CRM to build comprehensive reporting and views into the health and well-being of our organzation.  Rev.io is a major system in our ecosystem and they have been forth coming and helpful in providing our organization with the support needed to build out our capabilities to understand our business.

Great product for Telcom billing.  Easy to use and highly functional.

Our bills go out much faster then they did in the past.  Accuracy is 100% even with millions and millions of minutes of telco billing per month.

**What do you like best about Rev.io?**

The system is good to get mass amount of bills out at a time.  The accounts are also very easy to read and the BillCenter is a great customer feature. 

**What do you dislike about Rev.io?**

At times things dont work as they should. For example, an auto debit was pulled and returned to the customer due to error. However, their account did not reflect that the payment was returned and that they actually still owed us this amount. The only reason we knew about it was because of our accounts receivable team 

**What problems is Rev.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This is a clean way to have different billing cycles and an layout where is shows everything that the customer is being billed for. The invoices are detailed with dates and a great summary review.

**What do you like best about Rev.io?**

I like the option to make packages, and the ease of flow. I also enjoy the fact that I can edit the orders multiple times before finalizing. Searching for companies is very easy. The ability to update the templates are great, as is the being able to utilize multiple templates with and without tax. 

**What do you dislike about Rev.io?**

I don't like how hard it is to search for products, and that I can't just copy and paste an order into another order. Updating packages can be tricky. The layout is a bit ugly.  

**Recommendations to others considering Rev.io:**

Take the time to understand it. The first few times you use it, it can be confusing. The flow of the work is important to understand, as is making sure that everyone who needs to see the flow can see it. Once you understand it and get over the hump, it is very easy to use. I don't do much detailed work with it, but the work that I do is very simple. 

**What problems is Rev.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rev makes it so easy to keep track of packages, this makes it very simple to offer options to our customers and ensure correct billing. The fact that I also don't have to over think or change the way I enter products and purchases is awesome. Ultimately, for me, rev is so simple to use that I enjoy using it.

i love the amount of detail and personalization. this is an all in one solution with both billing and quoting tools! The bills are easy to read. a must have for voip providers. 

**What do you dislike about Rev.io?**

they need to make links automatically open in a new tab. and you should be able to still view quotes as a quote after you turn them into an order.

its very easy to use. it just has its quirks as with most systems

billing issues have decreased dramatically and we get less questions about bills. when we do get a billing question they are easy to solve now
