What do you like best about Rev.io?

What do you dislike about Rev.io?

If you're considering using Rev.io for your billing needs, think twice. My experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare. Despite charging us hundreds of thousands of dollars during our business relationship, their real colors showed once our contract ended. The billing practices we encountered were not only exorbitant but also shockingly disproportionate to the services provided.

To make matters worse, after ending our relationship, Rev.io handed us over to Tucker Albin and Associates, a collections agency with a notorious reputation, which you can verify through a simple Google search. This firm’s approach to collections is aggressive and crosses lines that should never be crossed, reflecting poorly on Rev.io for choosing such an associate.

I strongly advise anyone considering Rev.io to reconsider. Their unethical practices extend from billing to how they handle their collections. There are many other service providers out there who offer ethical billing practices and respect the law and their clients. Choose wisely and avoid the unnecessary stress and potential harm to your business's reputation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Rev.io?

The Rev.io team that helps you set up your account is terrific. They are incredibly set on their timeline, so make sure you have someone dedicated to working on getting everything right for your customer upload (if that's where you are starting). It's a daunting process, but they will go out of their way to help you if you ask for exactly what you need.

Once you have your accounts ready, you can set it and forget it when it comes to the CDRs. They download every night automatically, and the software breaks it down to the correct customer and rate. I'm sure there are network people behind the scenes making sure that happens, but I don't see it.

Finally, reports. Rev.io doesn't do canned reports very well. However, their reports team is eager to help make any report you can think up. I'm pretty good at making my own, but I can't seem to get the tables to talk to each other. So I use their team to do the report making. They are quick and accurate. What do you dislike about Rev.io?

Their reports are awkwardly structured and difficult to change up. I am used to editing things a little bit every time I use them. It isn't that simple here. See the above note about their reports team for the work-around. It takes a few days, but you get what you want.

If you are new to VoIP, be prepared to learn a lot in a little time while setting up your account. Rev assumes that you understand what you are doing, so it is not as user-friendly at first. I could not understand the nuances of setting up minutes, free minutes, toll-free numbers, number packages, etc. So, make sure you have an expert on your side to explain as you go through the process. Be aware that your expert will take one look at the setup and back away quickly, so rope him in and tell him that you will do the hard part of entering; they have to explain the activity. 1. Rev.io makes it possible for Atlantech to manage thousands of customers and bring new and cutting edge services to market fast.

2. The ability to integrate our MS PowerBI intelligence engine allows easy dashboard access to billing, payments and customer data to ensure success of the business.

3. Rev.io's customer care is amazing. They are responsive and thorough.

What do you like best about Rev.io?

1. The ability to bill complex products and detailed usage on our account and set a foundation for Growth

2. Customer service is exceptional. I always feel like they are not just a vendor but a stakeholder in our organization. Their team views my company issues as their issues and they are consistently going well beyond normal efforts to fix our issues

3. Rev.io listens. If you have a suggestion their team will try to make those improvements or make the effort to show you alternatives that can work for your organization and if you've got a great idea....they will take it and work to standardize and bring to their environment. What do you dislike about Rev.io?

What do you like best about Rev.io?

The system is good to get mass amount of bills out at a time. The accounts are also very easy to read and the BillCenter is a great customer feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

At times things dont work as they should. For example, an auto debit was pulled and returned to the customer due to error. However, their account did not reflect that the payment was returned and that they actually still owed us this amount. What do you like best about Rev.io?

I like the option to make packages, and the ease of flow. I also enjoy the fact that I can edit the orders multiple times before finalizing. Searching for companies is very easy. I don't like how hard it is to search for products, and that I can't just copy and paste an order into another order. Updating packages can be tricky. The layout is a bit ugly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
