We have been using Return Prime for while now and honestly, it's been super smooth and it was really easy to set up and the integration with shopify just worked without any drama. our team didn't need a much training. we use it daily to manage Customer return & exchange request, it saved us a lot of back and forth with customer. what i really like is how customizable it is. you can setup your own rule for returns automate part of the process. and customer support has been great whenever we had question.
