It's fantastic that I can book projects with various team members and manage schedules effectively. The ability to account for ad hoc events like holidays ensures we won't overschedule, providing a detailed insight into the team's availability. I find it problematic that some features are tied to specific packages, leading to a lack of customization that would be beneficial. For instance, the required presence of a 'billable' column or 'project code' field in the projects and clients area is unnecessary for my workflow, as none of my work is billable and we don't use project codes.
